The girl is Hadiya Hashmi and she's already a phenomena in her world. OMG! I can speak neither Spanish nor this little girl's language but by Hu, she can sing! I have never heard such vocal acrobatics and all those flattened, alternating notes. It was lovely and captivating to listen to. I love the modern approach of these muscians.[EDIT] I like rewatching this because its great to see your reaction. The way That 8 years old girl Hadiya Hashmi is singing is a traditional classical way of singing, singers from this part of the world stars to learn music since they are kids 3,4 years of age. It takes decades to master the classical Music. The legends in the classical music in Pakistan are “Rahat fath Ali khan, Abida parveen, Amjad sabri, Akbar ali, Amjad ali, Shafqat Amant ali khan” are just the few names..
the legends which the talks about even decades after his death is “Nasrat fath ali khan”. There is no one like him till this day.

Later her father send her to a music teacher to learn singling. Now she is a star child in her music school and in Pakistani music industry. She is so popular now every important occasion in Pakistan she is rocking the stage.
