Fayyaz Saab, I think when it comes to music, Pakistan has a level that can't be beaten by our Neighbor That always boasts about their music and film industry. Not even close to piano except the keys. It's like saying Sitar Rubbab Taanpura is like guitar. In fact this TH-camr made a closer connection (accordion) than you
While a piano is a string instrument ie sound is produced when a hammer strikes the string, a harmonium relies on wind for the sound. It can be loosely compared to an accordion.
That instrument is the first pillar of almost every musician of Southern Asia. And it is called the Harmonium. Most Southern Asian Musicians starts learning their music lessons on it. Hopefully including almost everyone in this video as well.
Dear Ken, Thank you for reviewing the best talent out of my country Pakistan. I am also spellbound by this young cild Hadia Hashmi, she totally nailed it. the lyrics poetry the whole thing is a top top top!
Here is my explanation about lyrics of the song. To understand "HU", consider phase before BigBang. No time, No space only "He" the creator. This is "HU" phase. Then A Bang resulted in time and space, both expanding Sooner they both will collapsed (reverse bang kind of). Then it'll be "HU" phase again. Everything we know is a small part of what exists between these 2 phases of "HU" Now, where the little girl starts her part, the song invites you to think about "what are you" , "why are you" The song suggests ... You will get the answer if you isolate yourself and think more about your existence. Your soul and body will be yelling the "Answer" ... "HU"
The best thing is that I not only can enjoy the music but also understand the meaning and gravity of each word which is equally mesmerising as the music is.
After long time i am watching a reaction on songs and i come across to your reaction. This is my first time watching your reaction on song. This song is a religious song regarding Allah, or god. Thus this song is emotionally charged, emotional music as well as highlighting or "showing off" the voice are very popular styles in the greater Islamic world, as well as microtones. Many muslim singers will begin practicing at a young age by reciting the Quran, or Islamic holy book. Its recitation are melodic.

Great explanation ❤
"That instrument" is a harmonium. Its similar to piano but non electric and you have to keep that front moving to get air in.
Hadiya, the girl is 8 years old and the instrument you were talking about is called HARMONIUM
No she is 6 years old

That instrument is the first pillar of almost every musician of Southern Asia. And it is called the Harmonium. Most Southern Asian Musicians starts learning their music lessons on it. Hopefully including almost everyone in this video as well.
I really enjoyed a true reaction from a professional vocal Coach, thanks Sir!
Then A Bang resulted in time and space, both expanding
Sooner they both will collapsed (reverse bang kind of).
Then it'll be "HU" phase again.
Everything we know is a small part of what exists between these 2 phases of "HU"
Now, where the little girl starts her part, the song invites you to think about
"what are you" , "why are you"
The song suggests ... You will get the answer if you isolate yourself and think more about your existence.
Your soul and body will be yelling the "Answer" ... "HU"
Goosebumps 😍
Singing isn't joke my friend. It takes time
Loved, loved, loved that - vocals and musicians!
The last part gave me Goosebumps!! ❤❤
Actually
The best thing is that I not only can enjoy the music but also understand the meaning and gravity of each word which is equally mesmerising as the music is.
4:05 That's Harmonium and Our Abba plays that 😂

Pakistani singer sing from the core of their heart... Amazing
