The whole purpose of a warrant officer is to keep institutional knowledge and expertise in relation to the field of expertise in the service. I'm just not seeing how an Army WO/CWO is going to translate to the AF where you could be relied on as the expert versus an enlisted guy who has been in the AF for 6,10,15 years already working within those systems.
