- As the title states. Due to sufferable levels of framerate, I had to cut the video short. The battle took over 45 minutes.

No matter the mod. The CIS always gets the almighty power of 'Throwing as much shit at the wall as possible and seeing how much of it sticks.' with their fighters.

Up until the latest update ground battle where bloody hard to win as the cis, their artillery dmshit the same distance as an anti infantry turret and their armoured vehicles ducked, still do In fact when an AT PT can destroy an mtt with ease thanks to their ridiculous armour and range, even now the so called cis super tank in the raw mode which the republic couldn't really beat, will be killed relatively quickly by saber tanks and AT PTs let alone an ATTE
I find this a great example of how Separatist ships look/are kinda unique (with the huge ion blast cannons on the sides of the Malevolence) and the Empires ship are just all more or less Stardestroyers in different sizes.
Partly because the Separatist military was composed of a mix of different corporations' designs.
Having a unified design helps in the long run. Easier to recognize friendly forces when a new ship comes out.
Also helps with production
Why is it that every time someone makes a super weapon in Star Wars, the way to kill it is to fire at the super weapon, causing a chain reaction?
The super weapons are always unessary huge if you dont do the chain reaction stuff you would need to bombard the weapons for a long time in movie. In the Clone wars Episode they shot with 3 venetators on the malocence and it did nearly no damage.
Handling the amounts of power Super Weapons like both Death Stars, Starkiller base and the Malevolance handle can be really dangerous to the ship/station itself if not contained correctly. Also, Venator commanders (many Star Wars vessels are guity of this though) seem to often wildfire over the full frame of their issued target.
Because usually the super weapons or massive cannons have their own energy reserves because they use so much power. Thus having their own major fuel line as well and multiple micro reactors so a few shots in the right place will light a spark.. the weapons are powerful but lack proper shielding or armour due to the need for an exhaust of lack of resources

The Subjugator is not that big tho, it's not even half the size of the Executor Class Star Destroyer
It's just the matter of perspective of the ship remember the executor is lower then the Subjugator

ah yes the Malevolence, a monster during the clone wars able to disable whole entire republic fleets with one blast and once disabled the crews were all but helpless even if they got into the escape pods and waited for rescue. because in space, no one can hear you scream.

no its a bug in the Ion particles stacking up the fighters do nothing to the frames (look to the left of the SSD) aka the right side of the screen

Subjugator is battleship , executor is main fleet carrier. But if executor - II may fire superlaser in all direction supporting with GWP, this balance may change for ex2 decisive victory. Ex1 can chance, this may launch over 500 starfighters
so wait are the republic and cis both in the remake mod now? and if so has the mod dev finally moved in to working on the ground units?

I actually am in his discord, I just haven't downloaded the fixes yet and I should. I attempted to do a 3 hour recording of this mod the other day and Adobe refuses to process the audio. You know, the important part. So I have to re-do it all.

@@sphee4149 Well kinda, but this is EaW with the Remake Mod, so the ships should be in a 1:1 scale, and the Subjulgator is in fact way bigger than it should
Yeah. The executor is also a wayy... longer ship. But if yu scale it for how tall are those 2 ships. Malevolence wins there. And if yu take 3 Malevolence it about the same size.
Also the Malevolence is my favorite ship of star wars :D
If yu conpare the Malevolence to eny normal size ship. yeah there are none that outclass the size of it. And if yu conpare it to ather star wars ships. ( There are very few ships bigger then molevelance in cannon ) And if yu count legends ... Yeah then there are some ships that cen outclass the malevolence in size.
Disney cannon = Around 10 ships or very slightly more ( i do not know the exact number )
All cannon from all sorces ( including fan made books ) = 40 or 50 ships that cen outclass malevolence in size ( I do not know the number )
So yeah. I say sorry becose i cent tell yu the number of ships that outclass the Malevolence size. But it a top 100 beggest ships in star wars.

Hello there, I'd like to know what FPS do you get?
Normally in battles I hover around 40-60 with a GTX 1070 TI and a Ryzen 2700x powering my PC. But at the end of this battle? Probably 4-6.

It is known that when the Executor drops, the Rebels pulls the *_PLOT ARMOR CARD!_* . Good thing the Seperatists don't have this, you would've lost instantly.

In the GC for EAW:RE Lite, certain planets from the CW era such as Rendili or Muunilist will provide bonuses allowing you to build specific ship types from that era depending on your space station there.

The Malevolance is too big, its only 5km long. The Executor is 19km long spot the difference.
Lol bring it up with Jeroen then, unfortunately I don't have the tools or know-how to change it.
The size difference alone means it's an easy victory for the Executor it isn't even a competition

It's been patched recently to be better. I won't lie the game runs better on good hardware but it's not terribly optimized, and this was mostly as a result of major bugs that have been patched.
You have to remember it it is an old game and the mod that it's technically running isn't designed to work on the base game as it is so with the FPS being the way it is it's really good the only thing I wish is that the space cap was higher

I didn't. This had randomly happened in a galactic conquest match after about 4 hours in.

The malevolence has to turn sideways and charge up to fire that ion canon.
The eclipse would already be pointing it's main gun, and doesn't take long to fire it's canon multiple times, and it only needs one shot.
Not to mention, the Eclipse has multiple ion canons itself, the malevolence not only wouldn't have time to manuver, it'd likely be stalled with all those ion shots.
Further, this is also under the assumption that the malevolence ion canon COULD one shot the Eclipse's shields, which are known to be strong enough for ramming other ships to be a viable tactic. In short, it would probably take more than one shot to down the Eclipse, while the eclipse really only needs one.
@@FBI-ju5no still though it pretty much just matters where they are if the malevolent was in its spot the eclipse would be screwed so pretty much its just luck you can say for each ship

Once again, not really.
The malevolence has to travel forwarding order to move, but can only fire it's canon sideways. against an sd or even the Executor, this isn't a problem because they like to get right besides their targets, but the Eclipse prefers facing it's targets head on, right where it's main canon is most effective. So really, the malevolence needs to get really lucky, not the Eclipse.
Further, like I said before, the eclipse's shields are so strong it's entirely possible the malevolence would need multiple shots to take out it's shields and disable it, while the Eclipse not only has it's canon, but also it's heavy turbolasers which do massive damage to even other dreadnoughts, its own set of ion canons for disabling other ships, and even it's set of standard canons are strong enough to one shot most standard shops of it's time.
It's just in a different league than the malevolence.

This isn't to say the malevolence is a bad ship, it's a really quite a clever set up, but, like most of the seperatist forces, it has what seems to be intentional design flaws, likely cause Palatine was behind everything.
He gave it said flaws so he could easily beat it if he had to, but he wanted his own ship, the Eclipse, to be a symbol of his rule, a designed that thing to basically be unstoppable. It just isn't going to fall to conventional warfare.
Instead of the Executor Super Star Destroyer Vs The Malevolence Subjugator how about the Eclipse Class Super Star Destroyer Vs The Devastator Subjugator

This was a random event in a Galactic Conquest. Not only that, the Devastator is not in the game, unfortunately. However, in my own opinion, I think that the Subjugator would win out again due to the Ion Cannon disabling abilities.

@@phazonicsteel2178 Fairly. Problem was that the Executor ran out of Defenders/Bombers so there was almost nothing to stop the near endless supply of Droid fighter/bombers
Rynz Emrak ah that’ll do it in EAW though the executor was massive and carried easily a over a couple hundred ties while the subjugator was much smaller I’m a bit riled up about the executor losing but this is a game and if the executor has all its tie reserves and weapons it is supposed to have it alone could’ve crashed the game so meh.
@@phazonicsteel2178 Very true - problem is that the Subjugator disabled the executor. Dunno why, but Jeroen in his infinite wisdom made the Malevolence ion effect last *15* minutes. It disables 75% effectiveness on the SSD's weapons, including the Hangar. basically, what it put out at the beginning is all it had.
