Love this video! I've visited Oliva and surrounding areas several times and planning a permanent move there in one year ☺I think it's a very balanced/low profile little city and I hope it stays that way. Perfect for those of us looking for peace and quiet, but with enough activity there and in surrounding larger towns to spice things up a bit! Thanks, Nicole. I really appreciate your informative videos and straight forward presentation style. Can you do a video about year round life in Oliva's beach areas?😊
Thank you so much, Danni! That's an exciting move you have coming up! Also, that's a great video idea. If I can get enough information and content, I'd love to film that at some point. 🙂
Thank you for another great video Nicole. Oliva is the town I've been considering for a while now to purchase a house. I will take your suggestion and live there for a good few months before purchasing - great advice. Plan is to do this next year around Summer time - hopefully might be able to catch you there!
Very cool! If you do something like an Airbnb, it will probably be more expensive in summer, just because that's when rates are higher, but you can probably find longer term rentals (6-12 months) for more of the normal prices, just avoid sites like Airbnb during that time. Good luck!
Nicole, after viewing most of your videos, my wife and I are thinking a campsite with mobile home. Maestrat Park near Vinaros has homes under 50k. The lots are 100M2 and monthly fee around 300 euros. The owner of one home for sale said no 10% on sale. No IBI or trash charges and no 24%, Non-resident. I hope my few words inspire another short video for you.
Great information, as always, Nicole. Thanks so much for giving me a lot to think about. Oliva is officially on my radar now!
Finally making the permanent move to Oliva. Moving there in June.
We love Oliva, esp for someone enjoy the quietness. Gandia has more infrastructure to offer though for longer term buyers

@@traveltomoney Thanks for the advice
I remember playing Olivia Nova golf when I was a kid. I lived in Javea but never actually visited the town. Great video 👍
Great info and presentation. Thank you! 😊
Thanks so much for watching! 😊
Oliva is such a cute city!
Hi :) nice video. We are the couple you met in Jysk Gandia. Greeting currently from the UK.
So great to hear from you all! Enjoy your time in the UK and stay warm! 🙂
Is this area prone to flooding? DANAs?
