Kyokushin Karate European Championship 2018 in Armenia

Yerevan, Armenia’s capital hosted the Kyokushin Karate European Championship 2018, from 7 to 8 April.
Nearly 700 sportsmen from 27 countries took part in the tournament.
The championship held among children, youth and adults was dedicated to the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan’s foundation.
President of the Kyokushin Karate Federation of Armenia is Shihan Andranik Hakobyan.
The tournament was attended by the Vice President of the international organization IFK Shihan David Pickhall and the representatives of the organizing committee of KWU Sergey Suvorov and the chief secretary Alexander Pichkunov.

В детстве занимался всегда хорошо заходила Комбинация 2 удара руками в грудь зайдут не зайдут видно не так важно было и маваши гэри всегда заходил правой в цель!

@@KyokushinArmenia Было соревнование внутригородское так скажем межклубное мне 13 было самый лёгкий был 33 кг, ставили на 20 кг больше, 4 боя, 3 вообще досрочно было маваши, а 4 бой подсунули мне на 20 кг тяжелее, а вариантов больше не было, там с доп. Времени и опять маваши гери выручил)
@@user-fo4hn6tj1y это не легко, так как в контактных стилях даже 5 кг чувствуется хорошо. Но если хорошо настроиться и выбрать правильную тактику можно выиграть 👏👊

You can do Boxing for a year and most af those Fighters wouldn’t have a chance. They do not control the right distance for fighting.
I think you are wrong, they are engaged in karate and it is different that is connected with blows to the head look we have and such fights where our athletes perform well with blows to the head.

I am a blackbelt in Ashihara, and have practise years of boxing before my karate journey started, and have been training with almost all styles of knockdown karate styles. It’s not to be disrespectful, but i think that if more dojos start practising punch to the head in the daily training, it would level op for all kohais, sempais etc. And i respect all styles and know you have great Kyokushin fighters that do good in fight with blows to the head. As an example GSP, Andy Hug and so on.But still i think that if you implement it in the daily training it would help you, specially if you end up in a streetfight.
