Dee i suggest you try the Pear/avocado with a pice of bread which will be a meal
Also try the roast breadfruit whenever it's turned(a little ripe which gives you sweet taste)fry or roast . You may like it more

Eating the sour sop this way is better for your health Dee. Eaten naturally without any additives. Generally, I remove the seeds and blend the white flesh. So good without milk or sugar. You get all the health benefits this way naturally. Even better putting all those fruits in a blender and just drink. All the fruits contains water and natural sugar.

DD, whenever you’re buying anything again, let the Jamaican ask the price first for you, because that soursop doesn’t worth $500, furthermore you’re in a tourist area with an accent, they will not have mercy 😂, or go to downtown Kingston to get reasonable prices for your outfits. Happy that you’re loving my island, although Kenyans always have special love for Jamaicans and y’all love and support our music. Love you Dee, keep safe.

Dee, I definitely don't have to ask you why jamaica, when I'm living here. Just a few tips. The June plum, in jamaica it's a cultural thing to eat it with a Little salt. Sprinkle a little salt on the outside, rub it on with your hands, then bite and eat,, don't cut and eat. Next the pear, we mostly eat it with our dinner, the sour sop we mostly juice it, let kino tell you how to make the juice. You are going to love the variety of mangoes when the season comes, if you love sour sop, you will love sweet sop too. Nuff love Dee.

Dee we have lots of other delicious fruits that have their seasons. As one goes out another comes in we are blessed that way. If you are here long enough, you will get a taste of each,, coolie plum, redcoat plum. Do have any of these in Kenya? Naseberry, jackfruit, sweetsop, custard apple, starapple, otaheiti apple etc, I also suggest that you get a blender so you can make smoothies. You can cut up and freeze the fruits and do different smoothies for breakfast. This way the fruits last longer and are still nutritious@@DeeMwango

Dee too much fruit = too much sugar will cause weight gain enjoy your fruit in moderation. I also love fruits but I am naturally skinny so I don't gain any weight.

Dee, enjoy Jamaica and we are happy for you..but please don't ignore the warnings and also take them on board. Eat fruits as much as you can, but not too much on one go. There's too sugar, and that would increase weight gain. ❤❤❤

The mosquito are not here in jamaica all the times, they have their season. There is a little silver thing thats comes in n the box with the destroyer, we call it destroyer stand, use it to stick the destroyer on, instead of using the fork.

This is just my opinion, but Jamaica is not that expensive than most other places, especially in the states Dee is living low maintenance lifestyle, so I'm sure she's not utilizing a whole bunch of money to stay in Jamaica being from other countries Jamaican money makes you live very wealthy

Mosquito. Miss Dee, since you have your own place, and it is relatively small, add the following plants in pots to your veranda:
(1) fever/lemon grass
(2) peppermint
(3) chrysanthemums
Insects hate the smell and you will have tea to drink and no mosquitos. Another good thing to have if you are not wimpy is a polly lizard in the house. Especially a board house like yours. Bye-bye mosquitoes!

You come as a visitor then you return home, unless you have been granted citizenship. You have even gone and built a house . Wow! You're a lucky soul I wonder if I could do that in Kenya!
And what is your profession? I hope you've come to my country to contribute greatly to it's economy. Jamaicans tend to gravitate quickly to people's accents. Please don't go get involved with no body's man because we have been having too much jealousy/envy killing in our country.
