This watch is solar-powered. Expose the dial to sunlight and use it sufficiently charged, thanks for comments

I have a citizen watch exactly like this!! Bt for time set up issues i left it in drawer for 2 yrs!! Bt it has now completely working off!! Is it battery issue or something else? And the right upper button is pressed down automatically and stuck in there, not lifting up!!! Can you please help me with this issue plz!! I jst saw your video now

Try reset watch. Probably some battery were near to watch and defaul "zero" is not correct.
Let download instruction
Page 54 - resetting
Page 46 - adjust "zero"
If not will be working adjust the watch manually - page 42 (possible setting for lon/nyc/chi/den/lax, is not working a-tm Mode)
