Hey, it's a basic drop D. The hard part is the picking (which I don't hold that consistently, especially when the singing comes in). Basically, after the first "verse", the bass (thumb) marks the 1 and then the 16th note between 2 and 3 (plus eventually another 16th before the next 1). But I kinda simplified things while singing ;-) Fingers play all the 16th notes. Then it's all about being steady all through the song.
