Epic should change this community tos thing, an account with a merged non ip addressed account needs to be removed with warning showing if it happens again both accounts are banned without question within 2 months or so the person gets the account back if the account is merged again with a account that has a different ip will be permanently banned! It seems fine with me, I think it's just that simple! Someone share this!
I know how it feels! I got hacked but luckily I told support asking them why is my Gmail linked to my account in the first place if it's not mine and i said that's my proof. Took them a few days to reinstate my account back.So yeah Epic games support can be unhelpful in getting the account back.
