From Interstate Rivals to Old School, Kipp and Joe are awesome! Loving the throw back hair styles. Gas House Gang has still put out some of my favorites.
Don Bagley on Bass for Chiefs of Staff you guys rock. I came here looking for your version of Memory. Thought of my dad Joe Coburn (Soundtracks) when I looked you up on here.
Kipp was the best there ever was UNTIL Tim came along. Listen to Tim sing “Good Vibrations”! That’s not possible for Kipp then or now. I’ve only sung with one of them. And it wasn’t Tim. I have SO much respect for Kipp, but Tim is the GOAT.
The chiefs of staff song made me realize something. Barbershop used to be friggin dark, or at least really absurd. And I love it
I could listen to the Chiefs of Staff all day. That bari's voice makes me feel SO GOOD.
great singing by the Chiefs of Staff. Need more of their stuff..
Joe Lazar Get Solid Gold.
@Dustin1047 I felt like Tribute was my favorite, especially Kiss me one more time

Served with Don in Viet Nam He had us all singing out side the officers club often
I'm not sure how I stumbled upon this video but wow, those old quartets were 10x better than I naively thought. Very entertaining!
What a great year! David and Joe are the absolute best leads in the society. Doug also sound fantastic on the post
I still think that Joe Connelly and David Harrington have THE BEST lead sounds in the business.
Wahl9
And they were both in the same lead section with The Thoroughbreds. Along with Kenny Hatton.
My favorites shall always be the Four Renegades and the Chorus of the Dunes, Gary, IN chapter SBEBSQSA.
The baritone with the great 'stache. I sing with him every monday night! Looks the same :')
The RING in Kipp Buckner's voice is RIDICULOUS.
Your father is blessed to have ever been able to sing next to Jay Giallombardo.
1 & 2 are awesome. Freakn Doug Harrington, what a post.
I also love this technique 9:30 also used by Platinum (also Joe C as lead) to score the highest scoring winning performance thus far. Great stuff.
I'm back..and I was thinking the same thing!
Aha, he looks awesome! He's got a great bari voice as well, it's really jazzy, and he blends well xD
Doug Harrington was one of the best baritones out there.
Just ask him!
Listen to Kipp full-voicing that post! He is, I think, the best tenor to grace barbershop. Even better than Tim Waurick...

Joe Connelly 1987? WOW!
Why cut it off?
That hair...
The Chiefs of Staff were the Gold medalists!!!!
What is the order that 139th Street is standing in? Is the bass on the far left?
Bass, Tenor, Lead, Baritone (L to R)
Which one's he? I've sung a load of his arrangements, but I have no idea what he looks like...
Dick Kingdon FTW
They won in 1988, didn't they?
Jack Bridges No. .’87. Chiefs won in ‘88.
and after OLD SCHOOL MOST WANT TO THROW UP as over repetitive!!!!!!!!!
Man. As much as I love this quartet, I'm very glad the over-choreographing has gone out of style.
