Love the cooking videos Man. I would definitely watch a weekly cooking with Jack show.

based on the manual, it looks like you can feed it 240VAC power and get 3000W power from it, you would have to modify the plug.. but that's very easy to do.

I've got a 22" blackstone (originally for camping) and now love griddle cooking. We use rendered fat and avacado oil for seasoning and cooking. Looks like a great addition to an outdoor kitchen!

Guessing the gas one? Those are damn solid. I may ask Vevor for one of their smaller gas models too if this one does well. I try real hard to not abuse my relationship with them and only request stuff that I know will be good and that I know I can move. But guess what comes soon, a Margarita Machine. 😂

@survivalpodcasting My bad, yes gas. Figured they heat the same.
I ended up with a much larger Blackstone for the house when my grill finally died and hooked it to the house tank. Haven't missed it near as much as I thought I would. Griddle just cooks so damn fast. Had steamed broccoli and asparagus (under bowls) cooking with some shrimp and salmon steaks all at once tonight. Barely had time to put a beer down before they were done!
Mix that with simple clean up, and it's a dream to cook on.

I really enjoyed watching this; a little different than the regular shows. As someone else said, I'd be good with watching a cook with Jack show.

A magnet will tell you if it's carbon steel or stainless steel. Magnets don't stick to most stainless.

Vevor has infected my fb feed, lol. They got a walk-in chicken coop on clearance for like $270. 19ft x 9ft x 6ft high. Seems too good to be true, lol. It was a metal dog kennel type thing with chicken wire covering it.

You mean the cooling rack and nest it into a sheet pan? If so we do that all the time and LINE the pan with foil. Clean up in seconds.

Every hibachi restaurant I've been to has the grease drain in the front like that. Seems like that's better than the way blackstone does it.

I think it is more an application issue. In a restaurant access to the rear of things is often not possible so likely this is a standard design for anything. I do find it more convenient though.
