Is there another video that actually shows the full house? Description says 5 bedrooms, vid only showed 3. Also car guys love seeing garages!! Beautiful home though just wish we can see the whole house besides pictures online.

This home is on a whole other level. It's impressive and functional. The only issue I have can be found throughout the valley. The cost of homes has become unattainable to most. If you purchased a home back in the late 1990s, you would see the value of your home more than double. If you are looking to currently purchase a home in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, you had better have a lot of money. Otherwise, Las Vegas is unaffordable. What might change things is if the Trump administration opens up vast areas for development. Imagine yourself with a storage rental full of furniture for a 3-bedroom house. And, you are on disability with $13,000 debt on a credit card. You have no money in the bank either. Your credit score is in good shape but you have nothing for a down payment. In this financial shape, you can't even afford to rent in Las Vegas let alone purchase a home. I wonder if there are any government programs to help? $440 is a lot of money per month for storage. At one time it would have been almost enough to rent an apartment. Those days are long gone. Is there any help?

I consider this overpriced for the current market. It might be worth $1.2MM, but I'm sure they might have someone buy close to this price point.

Your details of the house are not very good. You're not all that skilled. You should show the garage because it has a unique feature. I've never seen it before. You didn't say if the house is in a gated community. I don't like gated communities. You need to sharp in your skills
