I'm truly curious with just how much the electric, water, gas, pool, etc...bills will be, as-well-as landscaping and breakdown of the maintenance costs. I'm genuine about that as well. No one ever goes over those facts on any channel when it comes to homes as big and as beautiful this one. Who knows, it could be a blessing to throw in those fun facts. This home is one BIG, HUGE, art piece itself.
If you have the money, those things wouldn't be that important cause it pays to live a luxury life. What's more important, to me, is to know the weather conditions in the area, and how it effects your home. An example would be homes next to mountains where the wind would be too extreme for me If you have to ask, maybe you should look in cheaper areas, that is how I think
@@RealDealy "if you have to ask, maybe you should look in cheaper areas..." is exactly how I approach things, as-well-as my advise for people in life in general. For me, it was just curiosity kicking in. Like I said, that house is ABSOLUTELY beautiful and as big as it is, I was curious. As for weather conditions, we lived in Wahiawa, HI, toand even Paradise can have its downfalls. That north shore wind can blow hard and cold when living on the mountain side. Now, we're renting a Condo and waiting for our future home . My wife found a place called Glenrock in Summerlin. Don't know how she found it but the collection is called Westcliff. 5 bed/ 6 bath, 4 car garage. The community is in the works. Locked it in and we can't wait. Since I'll be buying it up front, we're definitely not worried about the electricity, gas, maintenance, HOA and other fees, but for a house like that with 14,000+ sq feet, I can only imagine and was just curious. Good luck. Whoever is the new owner will definitely enjoy it all. If I had only seen this one sooner.

A couple of lawn chairs in the wine room, with some Bourbon and a great cigar. And I could watch the fish tank, all day long.
Edit all the talk and show the house.
605 St Croix St if you want a shorter review
@@talesofcinderella a house like this deserves the "talk," and details. Even the history of how it all came together. It's so beautiful.
Exactly

Too much talk, I lost interest before the counter reached 10:00.
No one wants to hear you two talk. Just show the house.
OMG, I wanted to see the house, not watch you stand around and listen to all that chatter. No stars, do not recommend.
Show the House....Stop trying to be a Star 🌟...Not ‼️
