Excellent explanations man! The time you took to explain the file structure in the beginning was very valuable and something I could see many other tutorials skipping.
I was having trouble finding/using my old custom profiles after upgrading to a newer version of SolidWorks - this was the only video I found that helped me understand why the old profiles were not showing up in the new edition. Many thanks on a meticulous review of the basics of weldments! FWIW, I had messed up my file structure. So I thought I was telling SW the right place to go look for the old profiles, but I muff'd that up - until you explained it clearly in the video.

okay, now show the part where the flat pattern doesn't want to show up on the drawing after you have done this step. Using weldment profile, create bends and make the falt pattern work.

Hey there, custom weldment profiles can be created in all versions of SOLIDWORKS!
