The idea of future Gohan being like an older brother to young Gohan makes a lot of sense psychologically; who else would be the best at helping you grow, than an older and wiser version of you that has achieved what you want to achieve?
Future Gohan understands young Gohan because he was him, young Gohan deeply trusts future Gohan because he knows he can be him. He can learn more by training with the one person who really knows his limits. They both naturally know each other to the core and are more than comfortable around themselves.

I have a probably-dumb idea: What if False Super Saiyan was canon? Basically if the emotional requirement is met, but the Saiyan doesn't have quite enough S-cells just yet, they sort of go into a halfway point between base and Super Saiyan.

If you remember correctly, it was originally thought that normal super saiyan was legendary super saiyan. In the Namak arc, everyone thought that Goku was the legendary super saiyan. I don’t know how you could forget that. A normal super saiyan had never been seen before, so Vegeta wouldn’t be like, “oh he must be a legendary super saiyan, not just a regular super saiyan.”
Broly was never considered canon until recently because Akira Toriyama never created him. So no, Goku did become the legendary super saiyan; it was just retconned.

It was a myth that has only been passed down in legends - never seen or heard of since the original one until goku came and proved it was real. It's like talking about "legendary" pokemon. Only when Takao Koyama came and created Broly for a movie, which was considered non cannon at the time, did the legendary super saiyan became a thing.
I guess broly was so popular that Akria decided to reuse him rather than create a new villain, just like he did with frieza and cell.
@@Sky-pt1jg no, at the time Goku himself was considered the legendary super saiyan. They thought he was the saiyan of legend because that form had never been seen before. Vegeta being able to distinguish between a legendary super saiyan and a normal super saiyan on Namak is just stupid. To them, there should be no distinction yet because that’s the only form they know.
Idk man could obviously just be a retcon in this what if? Since legendary super sayain does not even exist in canon but clearly exists in this world it’s not crazy to assume that there was a distinction in saiyan myths much like the canon super saiyan god and normal super saiyan.

I prefer to imagine in the context. Gohan recognizes that frieza is scared of him in base and he just slowly walks over morphing into the legendary giant monster with that twisted smile OG Broly used to have.

I think I can see how this can continue.
Vegeta gets the canon “perfected ultra instinct” after further training with Whis, and actually becomes top dog.
And Goku gets UE in retaliation, trying to see if he can combine the power of Haki with his own, which snowballs into Vegeta getting vastly more intense UI training…
And then Granola goes exactly as canon, only he has like… a few months to live after the fight.
But UE and Legendary seem basically made for eachother. Grow stronger as you fight, and grow stronger as you take damage, eventually nothing can damage you and you just win.
vegeta did say that UE was embracing himself as a saiyan. . . .and LSSJ is saiyan magnified to the 100 or whatever the scale is.

Imagine if eventually Goku teaches Broly to control his power, and Goku introduces him to Whis and they start training and then Broly gets SSG and Goku teaches him Kaioken, and he evolves into Blue, and he fights Gas and is losing badly so it evolves into His version of SSJBE, and in the next arc unlocks UE So imagine Broly LSSJBEUEKKX20 with control, although it'll have a huge strain on his body, also broly through training gets SSJ4 so because correct me if im wrong but his wrathful form has something do with Oozaru blood and SSJ4 is the combination of SSJ and Oozaru blood, so LSSJBEUESSJ4LLX20 with control at full power, it'll probably be Whis level if his body doesnt get fucking melted from the power.
Toei animations, Mayamoto, etc: There can only be 1 LSSJ every 1000 years.

This could then eventually lead to Friezas death and the Saiyans taking over his empire. Liked the video, just dont think gohan should have become LSSJ aswell, as its quite unique and probably wont be passed down by genetics, otherwise the saiyans wouldnt have lost the knowledge of how to become SSJ and LSSJ anyways. Edit due to spelling error.

Its not a direct genetic trait, otherwise Brolly dad would have had it and whoever was the First LSSJ or just super saiyan in general would just have kept passing it down his Family Tree which does and did not happen, do Clearly its some sort of mutation or rare trait or something otherwise the first LSSJ family would still posses it or atleast no about it, and also why dint Brolly dad have it or anyone befoe him.

One thing you missed. Legendary super Saiyan appears only once in 1000 years so their is very low chance Gohan would get it. Also i think LSSJ2 can win against jiren pretty easily
The same was thought for regular super saiyan. Vegeta thought it was a warrior that appeared once every few centuries or the sort. But they had a super saiyan bargain sale, and now everyone has it. I'm not saying LSSJ is achievable through training, but it's probably a genetic trait that could be passed on.

For all we know, Broly's mother could have possessed this mutation. The only parent of Broly we can confirm IS Paragus after all.
The only thing I'm confused about is how Gohan has Lssj, if Goku had it before him. Lssj comes every 1,000 years if I'm correct, even if the user dies. Other than that, I love this What If.

Well, it could still potentially happen in the future, he just needs other people to give him power gradually little by little over time so his body can learn to adapt to having more power. Combine that with the Zenkai boost plus god KI you have the recipe for a prize winning fighter.

Goku and gohan were able to train to the point that super saiyan was natural and they felt no anger meaning that they have mastered the form and didn’t rely on anger to become super saiyan. If we look at chakras the center back is the solar plexus which is the yellow chakra. Taking this into account we can determine that filling this chakra with energy would enable them to transform

The Legendary form is accessed as a second form after SSJ1, Goku wouldnt turn into that form with freiza, he would use it to prematurely wipe cell off the face of the earth tho.
Gohan already has the most potential out of every saiyan, confirmed aswell, if he was the son of the lssj itd be a wrap gohan would be one of the strongest beings in the verse besides the angels and zeno. But he prolly could have held off beerus his first visit to earth (IF gohan had lssj genes in him and actually trained some, he’d be insane)

I have a theory to Goku's LSSJG looking like LSSJ3 without the weird eyebrows.
Since LSSJ sometimes has too much power that even the body can't handle it.
Goku would've exploded if he tried going actual LSSJ3. (Unless he manages to get enough Zenkai Boosts.)
But I think God Ki made a way for that to be possible.
God Ki makes Goku's body more damage resistant, thus God Ki became sort of an extension and made room for more of LSSJ's power. Hence, why the hair color is the same and the hair is like a banana tree.
Broly actually has a Super saiyan god form in the 4d movie
goku IS the lssj. He's the first to go ssj since the one who died. He's. the. first. That means he's the ssj of legend. Now if you pay attention, he didnt do it until he was strong enough to contain the power. He controlled himself.

Looking back, this makes me wonder. Which Legendary Saiyan is stronger? The Legendary Super Saiyan Vegeta from Salads What If, or this Legendary Super Saiyan Goku?
They're probably very comparable, but I'd give Goku the edge, simply because this story had one more arc and LSSJ Goku had a few extra months of training as a result.
At equal time-periods though, they'd be neck and neck. So naturally Goku would win.

This is unduly influenced by TFS, but in my head, when Vegeta beat Hit, and Goku congratulated him, it went like this:

Yeah one thing I like about the scenario is that as often as The Future Has relied on the past to survive this time the past is getting help from the future

I always wondered if since Kaioken and LSSJ increases the muscles and overall size of the user, what would happen if they used Kaioken or LSSJ with SSG? (SSG compacts all the muscles of the user, making them much more lean and less bulky).

Here’s a example of what this story can lead to, Goku can become a Berserker Ultra Instinct which is his normal UI but is enhanced my his legendary super saiyan state, that would beat the likes of Beerus himself!
Wouldn't work. UI has to be done by a clear calm mind. If Goku goes Berserker than he wouldn't have a calm mind.

I honestly have no issue with the "Tingly back thing". The entire Saiyan race is different from the one in U7, they are far kinder. I feel like the U7 Saiyans, even Goku, have too much pride to boil the transformation down to just a "Tingly back thing". However, I feel like U6's Saiyans would, the only one with real Saiyan pride similar to U7 has been Cabba, but even then... he isn't even close to U7. I don't like it, but I have no issue with it considering the differences and characters.

@@status8477 Yes but who says rage is the only emotion that causes a Saiyan to turn into a Super Saiyan? A tingly feeling is a feeling... and has an emotion behind it. We know that Saiyans get boosts based on their emotions, not just rage. For example Vegeta get's Super Sayian through sadness AND rage, a combination of the two. We have not been shown that only rage creates a Super Sayian, especially when we bring Goten and Trunks into the equation. How did they get Super Sayian? It wasn't through rage, nor even emotional means. They lived a life of peace, thus they must have gotten it some how.

I feel like they could’ve avoided the whole issue with the tingly back thing by just literally rewriting a couple sentences. Instead of “focusing all your energy into your back” just replace the word “back” with “soul” or something
@@TheStarForge Vegeta got Super Saiyan out of pure rage at himself for being too weak and the want to live from that giant asteroid that was about to kill him. It had nothing to do with sadness.
This might just be the most realistic story that could have happened in Canon, in a different universe this is defenately the Canon story

This story would have been more interesting if it followed my headcanon:
1) Gohan inherits the power of LSSJ but not the form itself cause it ruins Legendary form uniqueness
2) Since Goku didn't learn Kaioken from King Kai because he never died, its only fitting Vegeta learns it after his inevitable sacrifice in Buu saga, King Kai invites him to train him how to use Kaioken, a technique suitable for his saiyan battle nature
3) Out of shear fear towards Legendary SSJ, Gohan would walk the path towards Ultimate Form and gain MUCH more powerful version of it
4) Since Goku nor Vegeta want the power to be given to them, Gohan would gladly take SSG Ritual and gain the form, it's only fitting because Elder Kai partially infused God Ki into him through his own ritual
5) Goten only inherits Ikari/Wrathful side of LSSJ and Kid Trunks learns his Future-self SSJ Rage and when fused, Gotenks will have the newest transformation- SSJ Fury
6) Vegeta learns fitting Ultra Ego but Gohan is the one who learns Ultra Instinct, because it complements his Base-looking Ultimate form
