FINALLY FIXED MINE! turns out the main internet outlet that thats connected to the modem had a wire thats old and needed changing ( wire inside the internet box thingy). Had to call the electrician to come check it out and they told me thats the problem. Hope this helps at least one person :D

I tried your way it didnt work, always gives me connection interrupted in cold war and disconnects me from the game then it says no wifi connected, yet my brother's ps4 isnt having disconnection problems like that. Idk what else to do
For people who have still not found a way to fix there problem try completely powering off your system and let it sit for a day or two. (No playing it or turning it on at all) after that connect it to your wifi again. After it should work. To keep it that way everytime your wifi is going to be unplugged/reset/disconnected power your system off before and when the internet is stable again you can power it back on.
for the people saying they press options and it doesn’t pop up i think it’s only for the ps pro because it doesn’t do it for my normal ps4 only for my pro. Hope this helps:)

For anyone experiencing random wifi disconnecting I’ve found that on my PS4 pro I tried everything and finally got it to work last night by COMPLETELY shutting off my PS4 then turning it off from the power plug for like 10 mins before turning back on. I think it’s some bs to do with constantly having PS4 on rest mode try it and hope it works for you homies
