I was gonna say what about the tens of hours you have to put into your job? Having a bad job makes it hard to keep a consistent schedule, especially if your schedule changes week to week like mine does. I just wish there was a way to bring up the obvious division of time between the two class without sounding like an asshole.
I don't mean to imply but Felix's work doesn't mean anything, just that he's got the opportunity to just film for an hour and be out. I don't think we should forget about the obvious difference in financial situations now we have now just because Felix started where we are but ten years ago, ten year head start.
@@Slatorade9000 I see where you’re coming from, I don’t enjoy or watch Felixs videos about houses and TH-camr money. I think routine is still important, possibly more important for busy people. When I was working abroad I would regularly work 100+ hours a week, endless schedule changes, long periods away. I still routinely am at work 50-60 hours a week and it’s exhausting, but I’ve felt best when I took my lunches to a work out no matter what, or cooking no matter how late I would come home, I even enjoyed sweeping my tiny little apartment when I got home.
Also productivity produces morale - which can help sustain self-routines from becoming dull or jaded. After all if it doesn't feel productive in some way, it can seem to lose purpose and motivation wanes. All with a grain of salt though, axioms always gloss over nuance of circumstance.
"As soon as your hobby becomes your job" I heard that from a college professor YEARS ago and it always stuck with me. Thank you for not bragging about being where you are and staying humble!
Felix is right, and being an introvert just means that alone time recharges you and socializing drains you, it doesn't have to be awkward and anxious, you can work on it! There are shy and socially anxious extraverts(me in the past) and confident and cool introverts
That's true. It's so SO annoying that introverts themselves often act like we're all the same. It's so hypocritical too, like "please extroverts, don't put us in boxes" and then they turn around and do the same. I'm confident, chill and I can talk a lot when I want to. No awkwardness, no shyness, I just prefer to spend most of my time alone and need it to recharge. People are exhausting lol. And we're not special either, it's just that most western cultures value extroversion more.
Yes!! I’m a shy and very highly socially anxious person to the point where I’m barely able to make phone calls or ask someone at the store where they have certain things. I do however recharge when I’m surrounded by people I love-the more the merrier.
@@EstherRab A shy extrovert! I had a friend like you in school and me, the confident people hater (she called me that, we didn't know about extroverts and introverts back then lol), actually helped her talk to people and ask for help. It was surreal and awesome. 😄 We learned a lot from each other.
Y'know Felix? You're a f*cking good guy, man. I'm a much older and apparently wiser follower, (45), and I've never once found you to give bad advice to your fans who are probably mostly younger than both you and I. Serious mode you, is just as important as silly TH-cam you. You should do videos like this a bit more. Just you being you, and helping people out. Loved this. Love you bro.
There's a big difference between social anxiety and being an introvert. Not all introverts have social anxiety, and not all people with social anxiety are introverts. Being an introvert means social interactions are exhausting, especially with large groups of people, not necessarily that you're scared to socialise. I do think it's common for introverts to also have social anxiety though.
Introvert with MDD here. I actually enjoy talking to people close to me, having fun family reunions, and meeting new friends but it can be very draining after a day of spending time with them. If anything it's a good way of draining energy and I sleep so much better after a day or a few hours with them. Then I cave back into my room or go to malls alone.
I'm an introvert who just want to be left alone. I LOVE outdoors, I love to have interesting conversations with interesting people. I daydream most of the time and I don't like to be bothered. People think introverts are basement dwelling incels. Wrong.
Exactly, I’m an introvert, but I’m pretty aight with social interaction. My best friend, however, is an extrovert, but has social anxiety for the most of it. We make a pretty interesting pair tbh.
In this vid, i noticed the subtle lines forming around pewd’s eyes, and how his cheekbones are more defined. he also answered with a great balance of humor and wisdom. this is far from the man i first watched 8 years ago, but also the same. i feel strangely at home watching you pewds, and its a great pleasure to watch you grow.
I started watching him back in 2012. It's crazy to watch him grow while we grow ourselves. I went from a cringey middle schooler to a cringey grad student. We're old...
I’ve found that my social anxiety has improved significantly after pursuing a career that requires me to heavily communicate with people. It’s true that with enough exposure, it starts to feel less scary. I rarely feel SA nowadays, but there are times when certain things will trigger it and I get episodes where I’m too “in my head”. It will never go away completely but it definitely can improve. Just thought this would give some hope to anyone currently dealing with severe SA. Most of my teen years were spent in self isolation and self loathing. I never looked people in the eye and couldn’t even talk to cashiers. I would sweat and my voice would always shake in front of strangers. I am nothing like the person I used to be. Life experiences make you grow in ways you never thought possible.
Thank u for inspiring many ppl to break out of their shell from trauma like that. It’s a lot more healthy than ppl preaching so much hatred towards men. I admire your strength and dedication to your self love journey 💜💜💜💜💜
do you have any advice on how you overcame it a bit? i'm currently struggling soo bad because my career requires me to network a lot and i've never needed to talk to so many people in my entire life before so i just freeze up its soo daunting.
Honestly seeing someone like Pewds that is more introverted and has social anxiety still having the respect of so many and such a big following I have to say is inspiring for those of us that are also introverted. Like he said.. Some of us are a little awkward. If that's you it's okay, doesn't make you less than anyone else. I know be won't see this but I hope one day that he will maybe realize that his self acceptance has been inspiring to me and I'm sure many others. When I see him in interviews or with groups I just relate to him and it's very reassuring.
i feel like this community that’s stuck with felix throughout the years have all grown to be the same humble people.. it’s comforting and that’s why i continue watching your videos man 💗
Being an introvert, being shy, and having social anxiety are NOT all the same thing. Introverts are "energized by spending time alone or with a smaller group of friends" as opposed to extroverts who are "energized by socializing in larger groups of people and having many friends, instead of a few intimate ones." There's also being an ambivert to keep in mind too. Introverts still need time with people, and extroverts need time alone. Shyness is "being reserved or having or showing nervousness or timidity in the company of other people." Social Anxiety is a straight-up, life-interferring mental illness that generally requires a diagnosis. "The defining feature of social anxiety disorder, also called social phobia, is intense anxiety or fear of being judged, negatively evaluated, or rejected in a social or performance situation." Symptoms tend to even manifest physically. You can be a shy extrovert, you can be a socially anxious extrovert, you can be a charismatic, talkative introvert who's not shy or anxious at all. It's an important distinction that can help you figure out how to best cope with your _own_ particular situation.
OMG Thank you! I'm so annoyed by people who don't know the difference between being introverted, and social anxiety. Just wanted to post a TL;DR Being introverted is a personality trait, while anxiety is a mental disorder.
Im an extravert and I do love being around people but sometimes I just get really anxious when in public or around new people especialy if Im not with any close friends, I think Im getting better at that but it is wierd wanting to be around people but also sometimes getting anxious about it, just gotta push yourself and learn to overcome unneccery fears to be able to do what you love, but dont push yourself constantly, sometimes you just need to be comfotable and that okay, as long as you genuinely enjoy what youre doing
I wish this was a more common theme for youtubers to make videos about. Just talking to their audience, seeing what they have to say about their own struggles or issues that are going on, and giving some thoughts on it. Even if the advice isn't perfect, they can either choose to take that advice and use it or not. But in general, I think we can all agree we'd love more videos similar to this in the future. Helps a lot of people
Going to save this for whenever I feel bad about myself/unmotivated. This whole video is one big chunk of advice that it’s good to be reminded of whenever you feel down. Thanks Pewds!
That’s why I like Felix so much, he’s not just a TH-camr playing games, his thoughts are matured and that really has a great positive impacted on ppl. Hope there’ll be more video like this!
In my opinion, I don't think people who really don't know PewDiePie doesn't know how much he affect our lives in positive way. There are actually many viewers that actually take advices from him and those advices helps them through their lives. Thank you Felix for being the person in our lives that keeps us living!!
i started working out and reading books cause of felix, i’m just 16 and even with a life most people will suffer with, im actually pretty happy most of the time cause i found so many things i never knew i’d love and i was miserable just a year ago, thank you felix
I couldn't agree more! I can relate to most of the comments he responded to in this video and hearing his advice is so helpful and makes me feel much better :)
Every single time poods changes his content, I like it even more. I thought he peaked with the react stuff and Gloria borger. Then he starts talking about doomsday and alternate realities. He can’t miss. Everything he uploads is a new favorite.
This is true, I’m an introvert but I don’t mind talking to people if I have to. I need some type of interaction every once in a while like all humans do. But it’s incredibly draining, so I have to recharge by being alone. An extrovert gets their energy from social interaction, but could very well be awkward or shy
Pewd’s talking about social anxiety but not being able to make direct eye contact with the camera😂 big respect for the man though thanks for this video.
Being in my 20s I can honestly say it's a struggle. All the years of schooling does not prepare you for the real world but you have to just find your place and do what makes you happy.
High school preaches about what college will be like but they don’t prepare you at all and then college doesn’t prepare you for the real world *at all* either! It’s all about making mistakes, getting back up and learning from them. Exhausting and discouraging but eventually things even out.
I’ve always said “just do it” when people talk about not being motivated, but you explaining it like that really helped me realize what that mindset is about and that it’s less about trying to amp yourself and more of turning it into a habitual thing that’s a no-brainer. Thanks Pewds!
I’m so appreciative that Felix has taken chances on these videos. It’s nice to hear a non-expert talk about figuring out these topics as I do the same a few years younger
This man has grown so much and it crazy to see so much of that growth just through these short videos he has shared over the years. It really gives me hope and just reenforces how it takes time to figure things out
I’m 23 and still lost as hell and still figuring myself and getting to know myself. It’s a journey. It’s frustrating and depressing sometimes. But this video gives me hope that growth is slow but it’ll eventually come all together. Still feel like I’m stuck tho lol
I've learned the side hobby thing. I have a job that has little personal satisfaction, BUT I'm very happy because it pays enough, doesn't require OT, and fits my lifestyle (hours and work from home). my last job was much, more fulfilling, but the work life/balance was bad and it was very unhealthy. I'd still take a job that was also fulfilling, but it just teaches you there are infinite paths to joy.
I always heard to avoid compassion by guilt caused by family members. This is when someone guilts you into feeling what they feel to validate their own feeling. It is not your battle my friends.
I get the "i didn't know i was that awkward until the internet told me" a lot. I have skinny legs and I wasn't insecure about it before someone told me about it and later that, i never wore shorts and less comfortable with people now that i know theres something they can judge me about. But that was before, i feel great about my body now and i feel like i can be more socially active soon
working in retail has helped me a lot when it came to talking to people. i really struggled with phone calls, casual interaction with strangers especially, business conversations and putting myself into a position of authority.
Discipline brings you where motivation can’t. Motivation just really comes and go. You wont always feel motivated all time to do a certain thing. I feel extra relatable when Dr Pewds says he feels shit when he don’t work out, that exact feeling is what helps me get my arse up and go to the gym on days when I am feeling extra unmotivated, and that shitty feeling really takes a long time to build. Love the video a lot. Thanks Pewds for making such a good one.
It's also about steadily reducing the amount of willpower that you need. I think lots of people fall into the trap of thinking "ugh I'm not disciplined enough! There's something wrong with me". I've fallen into that trap. I found over time that it's about making it so that getting started it super easy, then as you build the habit discipline will come naturally. Discipline isn't something that really sparks action, it's something that is built and maintains action over time. I'm ressjng atomic habits right now. Pretty great book so far with very practical and straightforward points.
I HAVE REACHED MY PEAK. The smiling part is so me tho my classmates literally said i might rip my face because i keep smiling. Thank you Dr. Pewds, from one awkward person to another Just incase people don’t see my comment from the post, thank you for everyone’s advices. I’ll be putting them to good use!
People need to know the truth. Being a TH-camr is not easy work and there is a very slim chance of any success and even if you gain success you easily can be shut off for little to no reason. I would not recommend doing TH-cam for a main job ever unless it just randomly happens. Otherwise there are countless stories of a life being destroyed for almost nothing.
I am not even kidding, I consulted a psychiatrist for my depression a few months back and the advice they gave is exactly the same advice Pewds is giving regarding habits and motivation. I am impressed! At the end of the day, we all just need to not overthink and just live one day and one moment at a time, all in while planning ahead a bit too.
Pewds this is honestly such a nice and genuine thing for you to do. Me including many of your fans are getting older, and listening to your insights and opinions really help the ones that feel lost in this forest of life. I love what you’re doing with this channel and keep doing what you love. Much love from Florida
"when your hobby becomes your job it completely ruins it " - man this is so true... edit: (I'm in university programming for game development while trying to co-develop a minecraft server on the side haha....)
Totally agree. I used to do bookbinding as a hobby. Then did it as a small business for a short time.. then started losing interest til I stopped doing it :(
Since this video came out I've been trying to keep up a routine, because I haven't been motivated in years. It seems to be helping, but mannnn it's tough in the beginning. Thanks for the advice Dr. Felix. I really think this is what I needed to hear. ☺️
One of the best quotes I heard about motivation was “If you feel like you have no motivation, that means it’s spread too thin” and I still think about this every day. Managing your hobbies like video games or shows and not letting them take over is important. Even if you aren’t a teenager who struggles with those specific things, having a job that makes you work really hard on your shifts is spreading that limited amount of motivation too thin.
Being an introvert really isn’t all that bad. We just like being alone more and like to keep to ourselves. I used to think I was weird growing up and then after Highschool I went to work and seen there were more people like me and getting bullied in school by all those people made me realize they were the ones who had a problem, not me. Also it made me realize that we really are all different and THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT!❤️
That's true. It's not about shyness or awkwardness, it's about valuing and needing alone time. I think it's awesome that you took this bad experience and turned it into something positive, by the way. Not many people do that but you gained wisdom. Because yes, everyone's different and that's a good thing. How boring would the world be if we were all the same.
Honestly I just dont want to be around ppl sometimes. I can recognize tho that I have some social anxiety but I dont think thats the main factor of my introvertedness
The segment about motivation really helped me. I’ve never really thought of a routine as an “autopilot” for when you are just so unmotivated to do *anything.* I’ve never really thought about it before but every time I’ve broken routine is when I’ve really fallen off.
him laughing at the deep comments (like with the friends leaving one) and then trying to explain why he was laughing was so funny. homie, it’s okay, we laugh through the pain too 😂😂
An alternative is to learn a trade such as electrician, welder, carpenter, etc. If you have an artistic streak, many of these skills may be applied. You won't go into debt if you live in a country were tertiary education costs are high. Jobs with great employment prospects are those involving electrical work as people retrofit their residences and EV repair - not many places are able to repair them presently. BTW, skills such as these will provide content for videos. If uni is something you want to do, try to test out of many of the prerequisites - take the CLEP tests if you're in the US. They're affordable. Unis limit the number of hours they'll allow to be tested out of, so check that out so you aren't wasting time and money. Further savings can be had by attending junior college for a year or two and then transfer to a uni. Avoid debt and work to build wealth as early as possible. This will reduce the pressure to earn to repay loans and allow you to spend time developing your channel.
I think there’s a difference between having social anxiety and being an introvert. Like me, I don’t have any problem interacting with people, I just go with it, but I don’t reach out first and I really, really prefer being alone
"Motivation is a feeling"... So true. I've also preached this many times. Feelings come and go, so if we wanna get anywhere in life we can't just rely on a feeling. We have to just act and do something regardless of how we're feeling sometimes
This... this is so true and actually needs to be understood by many people that rely on motivational videos and speeches to do literally anything. I get that some people get into a rut and want to get out of it, but its extremely inefficient as compared to just doing it. We need to understand that we don't need motivation to live, most of the time it's just an excuse. Unless you are diagnosed by depression or in need of medical help. All in all, don't run after productivity and motivation, just do the stuff you need to do, both of them will catch up
i ñfeel like this community that’s stuck with felix throughout the years have all grown to be the same humble people.. it’s comforting and that’s why i continue watching your videos man 💗 ññññññññ
To be honest, after less than half a year working at customer service at a large retail store, I drastically improved my hability to talk to strangers.
The general public is so F*CKING THICK it makes you lose faith in humanity. Sometimes I just want to stand in my own little bubble so people don't bother me with their pointless stupid questions and conversations. Interesting people come few and far between.
"I think what a lot of people don't realize is that, as soon as your hobby becomes your job it completely ruins the joy of it being a hobby" wise words, Felix
That last part about the spurt of motivation and how it easily fades out and leaves you regrets and anxieties was for me the most relatable part. "I'll start tomorrow."
When a girl/woman says "I'm not ready for a relationship", it's a code for "I don't like you that way". Best idea is to just back off, and start looking for someone else. And believe me, you can find someone else. A lot of people have said that men and women can't be just friends. But I had classmates and co-workers throughout my life whom I would be friendly with, but would never date (which include, but not limited to, old women in their 60s, women I'm downright unattracted to, and etc.). Sometimes, things just aren't meant to be. If you don't give up, she'll just find you as a creep, and make your standing worse. Again, back off and start looking for someone else.
It doesn't mean you shouldn't take your shot though. because speaking from experience, that's one of my regrets in early days lol. Not letting out your feelings out of fear of losing friendship is kinda... Eeeehh bad for your mental health, i guess. It's gonna drive you insane when thinking about it in the future why you didn't do it, why you got scared of saying it. Pewds was right, let it out your system, Even if it has a bad outcome. Backing away is alright too but it has more cons than pros.
@@merchant69420 I didn't say that you should stay quiet to preserve friendship though. All I said was what "I'm not ready for a relationship" actually meant. It's a given that you should at least let her know what you feel exactly. It's usually very important to set things straight ASAP.
If there was ever an interest like that, friendship is harder to maintain though. Not seeing everything and everyone as a potential partner prevents a lot of frustration. Since I'm an honest and straightforward woman and despise "codes" and speaking in riddles just because people are too cowardly to tell the truth, I can't say if that "code" is always correct though. I think sometimes people (guys too) really aren't ready for a relationship. And friendships between men and women is absolutely possible, I've had and have plenty of them. But like I said, being more chill about things and not acting like it's mating season 24/7 is a good start lol. I'm glad the not related males in my life are mature enough for that.
i think we need to get rid of the misconception that having social anxiety makes you an introvert or is an element of introversion. feeling anxious about social interactions is not exclusive to introverts, anyone can experience that and is able to overcome it by practicing having human interaction (yes, i know a very hard task)!
People seem to think it's a synonym for introversion and that every introvert have social anxiety or is shy, it's frustrating that people think that, even some introverts makes that misconception. There's plenty of extroverts with social anxiety just as there are introverts with zero problems talking to people and are very confident.

@@JoseGarcia-mi4ig what? While the person you responded to certainly has no wrinkles in their brain, nothing about their comment said anything about canceling him and it just seemed stupidly satirical. Like bad satire
In regards to the routine/motivation part: I got advice when learning to drive to spend all idle time (like when you’re just cruising) focusing on staying in the exact center of your lane. Then eventually when you inevitably get distracted, it’s kinda second nature for you to just stay in your lane. I think the same logic applies.
Driving is so easy I've literally done it sound asleep. Navigating on the other hand is hard. Because when I drove asleep I missed my turn off by 150 miles! It took me two exits when I woke up to even figure out where I was. Reading a map in traffic is pretty hard to do too. There was nowhere to pull over either. I was stuck in stop and go traffic. About 32 miles north of New York City during rush hour.
its great that felix keeps advising people against dropping out of college or university. because they don't get that advise anywhere else online and he is being a good influence here !
I would think it's the opposite. People online say to go to school because everyone assumes school is always beneficial. That is not the case. I'm my opinion, people should not go to school for anything outside of STEM or trades.
@@Ryan-gz6ym then you've clearly never gone to school. because otherwise you wouldn't have said something so stupid and ignorant. in school you learn math, physics, economy, literature, etc... and literally every single job there is in this world, requires you to be skilled at one of the above and will give you extra credit if you're better at more than one. you will never learn such skills from anywhere else with such proficiency. and this is such a common sense that for me to explain it to you, it almost guarantees that you're a child yourself and probably a drop out too !

you are such a good role model pewds. thank you for helping us. your words on introversion have really helped me, as someone who turned from an extrovert to more of an introvert.
I like how pedws points out the fact the we as humans are habitual. I recently read the book called ( The power of habit ) and it helped me analyze why I had such bad habits and turned them to good ones. I hope this can help somebody.
@@livingbruhmoment3776 It is one of the least toxic tbh. In other communities someone says "cring" and they get attacked. In this community when someone hates him people just reply saying "no".
When pewds said "get it out of your system" hes not saying stalk/harass or assult the woman. remember love is respecting the other persons thoughts/feelings and values. Best thing would be to just be very upfront with her - just lay it out on the table and if she says no then just be like thats cool no problems. dont rush her either if she wants time to think about it. a lot of girls arent aware that a guy is into them so having a conversation about it is the best thing to do.
I think it's pretty clearly suggesting she wants something, but just not a relationship... ie. Something casual, not serious. Maybe FWB. Felix is suggesting to maybe try being open to something casual and "get it out of your system".
Yoo glad you're gonna do a video on Nihlism, do one on Absurdism or anything existentialist. Because imo Absurdism and Existensialism is the best philosophy I've found through years of searching. Excited to hear you're making more philosophy videos woo, those are my fav.
I'm in the mid of my 20s and I'm really struggling with life, I have a bachelors degree but I haven't found a job of my area in like 2 years. I don't really know what to do with life now and I lack of motivation for doing almost anything, I have a work but it's not stable it just helps me not feeling like I'm a social parasite. Seeing this kind of content is what I appreciate the most, it doens't matter if I had a shitty day, this just make me smile and that's probably the reason why Felix is my favorite youtuber after almost 10 years of being suscribed. I'll take some advices from the video and try to apply them in my daily life.
Bro for my 17th birthday my mom wanted to throw me a big bday party since i never really had one. She came in my room like 2 days before so excited talking about how she gonna rent this and that and bring us on the beach. The look in her eyes as the excitement drained when i told her i didn't want a bday party😭 . Like the reason was obviously that i didn't have any friends to invite but ofcourse i had to lie and make it sound like i was too cool and old for parties.💀💀
Love this type of videos. I don't think people really get how important it is for those who ask the questions that he even reads them, even more for those who say they lack confidence. Getting acknowledged by someone you look up to can change your perception of self-worth. Keep it up Pewds!

Agreed
*To be honest I make fantastic videos but people don't watch them 😔😭*
Introvert with MDD here.

Pewds: "maybe I'm a psychopath" * laughs nervously*
Sive: Evil edits the sh*t out of Pewds with zooms and creepy sound effects
Being an introvert, being shy, and having social anxiety are NOT all the same thing.
Introverts are "energized by spending time alone or with a smaller group of friends" as opposed to extroverts who are "energized by socializing in larger groups of people and having many friends, instead of a few intimate ones." There's also being an ambivert to keep in mind too. Introverts still need time with people, and extroverts need time alone.
Shyness is "being reserved or having or showing nervousness or timidity in the company of other people."
Social Anxiety is a straight-up, life-interferring mental illness that generally requires a diagnosis.

Being introverted is a personality trait, while anxiety is a mental disorder.
U so smart
Being an introvert doesn’t make you automatically awkward it just means you prefer to be by yourself
True. Whoever wrote that doesn't seem to understand what being introverted / extroverted really is about. 😅
This is true, I’m an introvert but I don’t mind talking to people if I have to. I need some type of interaction every once in a while like all humans do. But it’s incredibly draining, so I have to recharge by being alone. An extrovert gets their energy from social interaction, but could very well be awkward or shy

Since this video came out I've been trying to keep up a routine, because I haven't been motivated in years. It seems to be helping, but mannnn it's tough in the beginning. Thanks for the advice Dr. Felix. I really think this is what I needed to hear. ☺️
If it helps at all, it takes about three weeks for a human to form a habit out of a routine, so it will get easier after a month of doing it!
Don’t worry momentum is gonna snowball effect and it goes from being “hard to do” to “painful NOT to do it!”. One day at a time :)
Bro, thats so true, never thought about that way. Great advise
Agreed. Work smarter, not harder.
Yea, it do be like that as we grew up.
Honestly I just dont want to be around ppl sometimes. I can recognize tho that I have some social anxiety but I dont think thats the main factor of my introvertedness

I honestly feel like I needed to hear this. It actually just cleared a lot of stuff for me. Thank you🥲💜
Well said 👍
This... this is so true and actually needs to be understood by many people that rely on motivational videos and speeches to do literally anything.

You nailed it. If a chick is into you then you won't be able to get her off of you.
And what about if a guy/man says this? Like if the roles were reserved?
"If I, the neighbor's kid can find friends, so can you, alright?" BEST PEWDS LMAO
I could 100000% agree!
Pewds actually has some advice for the younger people asking for advice in this video. As a 28 year old 9 year old I concur with Pewds. Great video.
0:43 YES i’m a very awkward person and i ALWAYS do this i hate it
i think we need to get rid of the misconception that having social anxiety makes you an introvert or is an element of introversion. feeling anxious about social interactions is not exclusive to introverts, anyone can experience that and is able to overcome it by practicing having human interaction (yes, i know a very hard task)!
People seem to think it's a synonym for introversion and that every introvert have social anxiety or is shy, it's frustrating that people think that, even some introverts makes that misconception. There's plenty of extroverts with social anxiety just as there are introverts with zero problems talking to people and are very confident.
felix you smoothbrain you put emojis in the merch link so it doesnt work 💀

When are we getting a new video Dani? I need that Milk!

Age of consent should be 14 change mind

Driving is so easy I've literally done it sound asleep. Navigating on the other hand is hard. Because when I drove asleep I missed my turn off by 150 miles! It took me two exits when I woke up to even figure out where I was. Reading a map in traffic is pretty hard to do too. There was nowhere to pull over either. I was stuck in stop and go traffic. About 32 miles north of New York City during rush hour.

I can totally relate to having super few friends and not being bothered by it. Probably a bit of an introvert thing.
I took Pewds advice "Don't drop out of college" seriously since the first time he said it

its great that felix keeps advising people against dropping out of college or university. because they don't get that advise anywhere else online and he is being a good influence here !

13:44 Pewds, TBCH, you're really my hero right now. I'm going through emotional and mental rollercoasters and am feelling like everything seems pointless... Thanks for being our Dr., Dr. Pewdds
you are such a good role model pewds. thank you for helping us. your words on introversion have really helped me, as someone who turned from an extrovert to more of an introvert.
I like how pedws points out the fact the we as humans are habitual. I recently read the book called ( The power of habit ) and it helped me analyze why I had such bad habits and turned them to good ones. I hope this can help somebody.
i feel like "Why routine is a better source of motivation" would be a great TEDx topic

"Everyone has things that they excel in"

PewDiePie’s community is the most toxic on TH-cam.😂

I think pewds meant that in a more literal, physical way. :P
I think it's pretty clearly suggesting she wants something, but just not a relationship...
ie. Something casual, not serious. Maybe FWB.
Felix is suggesting to maybe try being open to something casual and "get it out of your system".
Thanks for clearing this up, everyone here.
*To be honest I make fantastic videos but people don't watch them 😔😭*
Wasn't he more hinting at masturbation, I know it's crude, but that's what I thought he meant when he said "Get it out of your system."
I started watching felix when I was 13 just for the laughs and now I'm watching him at 21 y/o for life advices. It felt like we all grew up together

5:50 I feel the same way, I don't have any friends but I feel as if it doesn't matter really much
Love this type of videos. I don't think people really get how important it is for those who ask the questions that he even reads them, even more for those who say they lack confidence. Getting acknowledged by someone you look up to can change your perception of self-worth. Keep it up Pewds!
