eating right before bed is unhealthy, its better to adjust your dinner a bit later so you're not hungry right before bed.
@@theredscourge Depends what you do! At least from what I heard if youre consistently working out, its actually better to eat a little before bed so when you sleep the muscles can suck up the nutrients better and not be wasted on energy.
Of course a full meal right before bedtime isnt the best but a small meal some time before bed should be healthy, if youre doing it right.

I start my day bright and early around 4 pm. My alarm goes off and I lay in bed and scroll through some articles until I am awake enough to get up and get my clothes together to go take a shower. I also like long showers and at one point I put did put a chair in my shower. haha Then I brush my teeth and eat breakfast. At this point I will usually go outside and round up the chickens. Then I go to work!
I don't even wear sheets , I always kick them down when I'm asleep , wake up , and have to rearrange them. So I just quit using them.
I love Ken’s and Felix’s chemistry sooo much, after all these years Ken is my fav person that Felix is friends with.
