Hi, I love this feature and I wish it could be public because then it would just be a mini website! Do you know if you can embed videos or media? Or is just videos from Vimeo and TH-cam that be placed in the video block? I am looking at this feature to send to clients and I’m wondering if my virtual tour samples can be put in the brochure! Also when I do send this to my clients will the URL link say HoneyBook or can I have it be shown as my domain website name ? Thank you and great videos! Instant subscriber after this haha
So glad you liked the video!! Currently there are no "Public" Smart Files, but this should be coming eventually. You can currently only embed TH-cam and Vimeo, and you can change your HoneyBook subdomain in the settings section!
What if your company offers percentage pricing and not packages per se? Pricing would be different for each Client depending on budget. Would it be best to skip that part of the brochure? Because it seems there is always an option to select a service in the Brochures but pricing varies. I don’t want them selecting something that doesn’t necessarily have a value until after consulting.
Every company is different so I would say it depends on how you structure your offers and whether to put it in the brochure or not. It sounds like in your case it would be best to leave it out!
Thank you for the great tutorials on smart files. Makes me excited to start using them for my Portrait photography business. Just an FYI (maybe it is just me) but the background music is a little loud and distracting. Otherwise awesome tutorials.
How can we make the brochure shareable as a link? Honeybook's email system is unreliable and I have many clients not receive emails. Also, some clients are more than just one person i.e. an organization, and multiple people need to view a brochure for services offered. Think government bids. So, how can I share my brochure as a link I can send to a client which they can share with others? Please tell me someone has thought of this. And gathering everyone's emails is not a viable solution.
Hi Adrian! At this time Public Smart Files are not a feature, I am hoping this will be rolled out in the future but right now there is no way to sen a brochure to a client without it sending via email.
Hey Kelley! You can either input the client's date into their Project Details section manually. Or when they fill in your contact form have a date field that maps to the project date. But the auto-fill project date field in the contract smart fields is coming in from the Project Details section of the client project. Hope that helps!

Once the questions are submitted you can view them on the Smart File details page or in the published file itself. But I don't believe you can sort them in any way currently.

Are you able to sort the questions after it’s been submitted by your client?
