Veiling definitely adjusts my mindset to the fact that I’m entering into a place where God is truly present.

I prayed about this since your and Deena’s last videos. I attend the NO and no one veils. I felt called to this, but it took me a while. I started veiling at Easter Vigil mass. Which was easier because half the mass was in the dark. I have done it ever since. I do like the “blinder”effect, I am doing it for the Lord. It makes me feel reverent , and do it in the presence of the Lord. I keep a veil in my purse, so if I just stop by to “visit” Jesus and pray in front of the tabernacle, I am “covered.”. Thank you for videos

So funny that something that was universal just 55 years ago is now so controversial.lol Wear your hat or veil proudly at mass and if anyone makes a snide comment tell them to kiss your you know what!

I researched no evidence where it is a requisition that women should veil. In my parish, there is only ONE woman who does. Veiling does NOT make you a superior catholic. However, in EASTERN CATHOLIC churches, a LOT of women wear veils. Fine. I've often wondered if Saint Mary Magdalene veiled when she visited the tomb of Christ on Easter Sunday. No CATHOLIC SCHOLAR satisfies my inquisitive obsession on this matter, including St. Thomas Aquinas.... that opined, I BELIEVE veiling is mystical and quite beautiful, but not mandatory. ☦☦☦

I never said it makes someone a "superior Catholic". How terrible for someone to think so.

@@thelivingfaithfulhomeschoo9906 I did not say you did. That is MY statement; however, I can attest to Catholics who think by wearing a veil are superior, or more FAITHFUL. As I opined in my earlier retortion, I cannot think of ONE SINGLE ROMAN/EASTERN CATHOLIC scholar (CREDIBLE ONE) who would issue a division on this matter, Biblical Doctrine or Catholic Tradition. I did not mean to offend anyone, especially to those women who practice wearing veils.

Veil is biblical instruction from Paul 1 Corinthians 11:2-16. Also in Exodus 34, Mose had to put veil on his face to communicate with God for the sacredness and holiness. Therefore, wearing veil not only show fear of God but reverence toward our Lord Jesus. Veiling is disciplined to God, nothing about “Catholic” or “Non-Catholic”. I will say even you are a non-denominational Christian, should wearing veil also for the truth of God.

@@hiuszenoom809 I would say you are someone who seriously has no idea what scripture says. You should stop trolling channels and attempt to create your own content. You know nothing of me, nor will you ever. My last comment has been passed to you. Best of luck.
