    We all need Super Glutes!

    The park swing is no joke, the difference seems subtle at first but after a few reps the difference in the entire posterior chain is tremendous. Really feeling my glutes with this much more than a standard swing.

    I just tried it with a 18kg and elastic band around my waist (I don't have heavy kettlebells)
    Man, My hams and glutes were on fire !!
    Thanks for your work
    Cheers from France =)

    Thanks Joe. I do kettlebell swings as part of my warm up and sometimes just as majority of my workout with intervals of jump rope or body weight exercises. I am going to try the park swing.

    Joe....a question on the 50 swings a day challenge. If I did 5x5 heavy swings during a workout....would I need to do the 50, at the end, still? Or, would the 25 during the workout count for the 50 total? Thanks for your help!

    • @kettlebellmusclegain
      @kettlebellmusclegain  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      25 counts. . depends on your goals. I just do 50 accumulated. Unless goal is 50 unbroken.

      Hello I dont do this exact set daily but if you want more glutes. 5 sets of this 2 to3x per weeks. But i do 50 somethings with a Kettlebell daily. Even if its mobility.
