Definitely key to understand personality and psychology of the racer to help them be their best. Some people thrive with structure, but plenty need more variety, maybe even a little chaos to really get to the top

Karyn Purvis institute of education proved scientifically that it takes up to 400 repetitions to create a new synapse in the brain unless it’s done through play, fun and laughs where it only takes 26 reps! Phil proves this and the other amazing riders like Olly Wilkins, Jonno Jones and Sam Pilgrim all prove that theory in MTB!

Phil is humble and definitely got the natural talent for any bike. And why is Neil on a Ebike at a uplift I can't weigh that up anyway also it be good too get Phil atwill on more gmbn more.
I saw him riding at Chicksands years ago and he was just able to take the most ridiculous line into a corner at full speed and somehow still come out the other side. I genuinely think he's one of the most talented riders around
Phil Atwill aka Steeze McQueen. Easily one of my favourite riders. What the whole 50/01 crew is all about really resonates with me so much, just love what they all do. I come from a skateboarding background and i see so many similarities to their vibes, approaches and styles, the crossover is so sick and inspiring and the more i get into MTB the less interested i am in the racing side of things - as with skateboarding i placed so much more importance on style and creativity than competitiveness, favourite skater is tom penny - go figure.
Great guy and the most stylish rider IMO. Sometimes to get sponsored u don’t have to be the fastest guy. Phil has its own way of doing things and by the way he is a DH rider as well and a good one.
It might be unrelated but your content is improving quite a lot since Mr Wear bought back GMBN. Nice energy keep it going, okay the views will never be pandemic levels again but that's not your faults 😅

Hey there is a giant trance going for auction soon near me and it has two flats but is otherwise in good condition. How much do you guys think would be reasonable to buy it for?
I have a bike park question, is it unsafe to wear sunglasses in a full face helmet? I've heard a story of someone having the glasses explode from a crash in a full face. At the park I see many people wearing sunglasses with a full face, am I being a safety weenie?
not saying he's not a freaking good rider, but if he really wants to win a downhill race, he'll have to change something. you can't expect a different result if you're doing the same thing over and over and it's not working. i'm not saying i know how to win a downhill race either.
