1st make sure your rollers are adjusted correctly.
2nd push the wave runner back a little before getting on!
They're actually VERY easy to use!

I hate to be the one to tell you this. It doesn't matter how hard you pull the handle bars.

Hysterical to watch this guy pulling against the handlebars with his feet in the ski wells.

And one of the things you ought not be doing in the first place.😜

I have to think he works for one of the competing port manufacturers....

Always move the ski back a few feet before getting on. Once it’s freely movable, mount and shift weight to rear. Slides right off, even if rollers are dirty or incorrectly adjusted. I’m short, old and weak, and I can get our 850 lb skis off without problems.

I have one and it works perfectly. Im thinking you need to move the rollers for your ski. Mine comes off almost too easy, no complaints

These two "experts" must not have paid attention to their dealer who sold them their port, otherwise they would have understood the part about "the port's ADJUSTABLE WHEELS can be positioned anywhere along its body to fit virtually ANY jet ski available". It takes about 10 minutes to fine tune the port to your ski so it glides right on up and right on down when you use it. This video screams of a ski dragging along the port and not making roller contact. I sincerely hope by now that they have been clued in on the simple solution to their dilemma and that they didn't run out and spend several thousand dollars more for a different ski that fits their initial roller configuration from the factory. Either way, I hope they have found happiness with their product, all of our customers LOVE theirs...

Claire you should try and move the rollers more to the inside. I have one and we adjusted the rollers, and this helped out a lot.

I sell these ports every day! They are the easiest ports to drive on and launch. The wheels need to be adjusted to your particular ski. This video is ridiculous!

It would probably help if he wasn't trying to tear the steering column out of the ski.

EVERYONE I know, loves WaveArmor. I have one (my second) on the back of my truck right now. Gonna connect it to our other WA seadoo port tomorrow. That’s how I accidentally found this video. Not sure it would’ve changed my mind, but cute nonetheless. By now, you’ve probably cleaned up your port and got your track wheels right. So I’m sure you love yours too!☮️&💟

I have sold many of these and young kids have had no issues launching the skis by themself. Not sure that they set on it and throw a tantrum, believe they just grab the handle and roll them off. He is just bouncing off the handle bar, what little movement backwards he gets is he then is pulling his weight back forward. He also has all his weight forwards and its on a free standing port, so it has a lot of movement.

Get off the ski and stand back so the dock is lowest at water side, then just pull the ski until it starts rolling then get on. I do it all the time absolutely no problem.

I have an ez dock...it's way harder than that even.i wouldn't even dream of getting on and rocking it off. I'm lucky if I can get it off by myself lifting the ski. It's not really easy to get the Waverunner on it either.

  • @AMERICAtheBEAUTIFUL9

They were clearly not trying to get the wave runner off the dock !!!

Either the wheels aren't adjusted properly, or they are hung and need some lubrication, which is a simple maintenance issue. Either way, it appears to be operator error.

What does this guy on the jetski think he is doing rocking back and fourth like an idiot just push it off and jump on...

  • @joegreene23

If you can't use the port correctly you probably shouldn't own a jetski.

If a floating dock doesn’t have rollers will it damage the hull?
