    You are doing it right by focusing on health, as it's hard to regain when you lose it. After a decade of not being able to work out due to cardiomyopathy, my heart function came up to 50% and I'm with a personal trainer again. It's amazing how much ground I lost and how weak I've become, but I love being in the gym again. As soon as I can get my hiatal hernia fixed I will go back to OMAD carnivore and the excess fat will melt away. Keep up the good work guys!

    Thanks Corey, good to see a bit of the normal food shopping. I walked through a couple wet markets when there. My move date moved up a bit but it's hard to tell as it depends on when things sell. I still saved your email from a couple months back so I can ask there but I'm still stuck curious about that coconut farm land. Did you guys end up investing for your family, or did it turn out to be a scam or something? Also have you decided not to get your fish pond up & going after all or is it just a future project you haven't gotten to yet?

    Great Video. I'm an American and I'll be in the Philippines the entire summer. It's really taking me some time to figure out how to get exercise and nutrition here. I'm figuring it, but it's much easier in USA. Ironically I've lost a lot of weight here (both fat and muscle).
    I shop in an AC grocery store, and have only bought a little bit on the streets and open markets. I also am a sucker for the processed coffee drinks at 7-11.
    There are no nearby gyms, so If I lived here I would probably need a home gym. I do 100 pushups and some squats/lunges just to get something in. I also walk, because I don't have a car.
    I would also probably need multiple refrigerators to keep all the food if I lived here. Phillipino street food is not really a healthy option. Anyway, thanks for making this video. I was thinking about making a nutrition video for Phillippines life.

    I like your gym setup. I've never understood why Filipinos don't grow more greens. I couldn't find vegetables like lettuces, broccoli, kale, and spinach when I was there last year. Maybe it's too hot or too wet? And do you have a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) or some other type? I'm surprised your blood sugar levels are OK given all the rice, pineapple, and mangos you eat. They'll usually spike one's level regardless of whether you exercise or not (unless you exercise right after eating). Good content. Thanks!

    So I looked into christianfilipina, I’m a 34yo guy in the US just exploring this as an option after continually hearing of happy relationships with foreign women. CF basic membership is 100/month while their top membership is $2900 for 1yr (with 6 extra months if you do not match). The basic option seems somewhat reasonable, but even so this is double or triple the cost of premium dating site memberships in the US. Do you have any advice on why this is worth it other than your own experience of finding an awesome wife?

    • @ItsMe_Philippines
      @ItsMe_Philippines  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      All I can say is what I hear and see because I'm obviously not looking on there currently.
      - All cheap websites are packed with scammers and do nothing but waste your time.
      On CF they validate, interview, and check each member. Then monitor the girls afterwards for the guys safety.
      When you start to chat with a girl they off none stop support and help you along the way.
      Everyone I see go there ends up meeting someone and they send me messages thanking me afterwards. Guys going to the cheap sites are all single and mad that they wasted 1-2 years of their time.
      I know what travelling, marriage, and a house cost and the dating site is the cheapest part of it all.
