Sorry, but Hans Zimmer is one of the Greatest for sure, but the one and only GOAT is John Williams, because he really writes his music, Hans Zimmer has gotten to the point where it is a misic production and only unknown composeres work under the name of Hans Zimmer. It is just my opinion and pieces like Pirates of the Caribbean are still peaces of centuries
Joram Röder Disagree. The fact that some unknown composers would release their music under his name doesn’t change the fact that Time, Tick Tock/Mountains, No time for Caution, Gladiator- Now We are Free are some of the best pieces used in film this century.
Totally agree. I liked it when I watched the movie and then deeply fall in love when I was on the "The World of Hans Zimmer" concert. This soundtrack and especially "Lost but Won" is in my top 3 of all time. Thank you Patrik Pietschmann for this incredible arrangement!
I play most his and everyone else's songs at 2x while learning so I have no issues playing them at 1x. Love playing the Dark Knight fast, and Tron isn't bad, some sound just silly though so its mostly just for practice.
Lost but Won is one of Hans Zimmer's masterpieces. It is absolutely amazing. I don't know why it is so underrated, I get goosebumps everytime I listen to it
"One world title is enough, he had prove what he needed to prove, to him self and anyone who doubted him." -Niki Lauda "Whats the point having a milion cups and medal if you dont have any fun, hows that winning ?" -James Hunt
Exactly...The fun and the commitment and the path are way more important than the medals...Medals without pain or challenge is like an empty cup.->its useless..Personnally I don't need medals, because I award medals to myself everytime I go running and I force myself to go until the end without abandoning, relentlessly.
You can hear it's from Hans Zimmer it's a combination of "the dark knight", "gladiator", just very soundtrack from Hans Zimmer and weirdly it has some flair of game of throne ^^
Hans zimmer's musics are great, but the reverb of sir Patrick's arrangement gives your ears something they will never get otherwise -- the vibration of warmth of the piano
The film was great, but this piece, I don’t think anyone else could have captured hunt and Laudas battles better than Hans, may those to legends rest in piece
I never heard the peaces Patrik ever played. But they are so good that when I listen the original one after his videos. I know that Patrik makes everything better.
This song actually works perfectly with today! 75 years ago, on the 8th of May, Nazi Germany surrendered, and if you look at it from the german's perspective, they lost, but they also won because the nazi reign had come to an end! Great work as always! Sounds amazing
My all time favourite piano piece. I loved every bit of this song. Hans Zimmer is a true genius. Also the original one was epic, but this is beyond all.
I actually went to go see lauda in a race quite a while back. He was still the legend he was in his golden age, what an amazing person. Drive in peace.
I see that Patrik's resumed learning all of Hans Zimmer's songs, after giving him a brief period to compose more material. Also, the cover's beautiful. What else is new?
You are a Legend.... After listening to your version the real version looks like a composition done by a school kid. Right amount of power and suttleness
I didn’t even know that Rush was a thing until I heard this song. Rush is now on my mental watchlist. Update: i've seen the movie now. Absolute gold mine of pure beauty, adrenaline, and respect.
"What's the point of having a million cups and medals if you don't have any fun? How is that winning?" - James Hunt, Rush Great performance and arrangement like always! Hans Zimmer is definitely one of my favourites and its great to see a channel like you make videos of the exact same things I'm interested in. Keep up the good work!
I like how in the movie Niki Lauda is the perfect role model, never give up, always put in 100% effort etc. but James Hunt is such a mood too like we all should have fun while living our lives
RUSH is an incredible movie by Ron Howard. It tells the story of the rivalry between F1 drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda. Highly recommend it if you haven't seen it. This is also one of my favourite scores by Hans. It is why I kept requesting that Patrik make a cover of it. I knew he'd do an amazing job with it.
Journey To The Line (but the long version from 'Live in Prague') would be sooo fantastic to see how you would handle it! I think it's the greatest piece, that Hans Zimmer has written so far.
Help, ive been binge watching Patrick for a couple of days now and i cant stop 😂😂. I just ordered a keyboard to learn to play the piano because of him lol
Wanted this soundtrack from Patrik since the first day I saw his channal.... Its the most amazing soundtrack. The way you arranged it, such accuracy... just loved it.. Thank you Patrik
What i really appreciate is that you listen to your subscribers like me who ask you to play that song and you did an amazing job, big like from France ! If you want an other idea as a fan of star wars you should do "Rogue One - Your father would be proud"
This might be hands down my number one favorite composition you have yet to do. Thank you so much for this music. I listen to your music all the time. Great rendition!
I have Marioverehrer and MusicSheetBoss for frequent uploads of all sorts. Rousseau for little higher quality uploads, but Patrick makes the best high quality stuff of all of them. They all coexist and have their advantages and disadvantages and I enjoy watching them all.
I love your arrangements. In my opinion you are the best out there, you dont showoff by making them overly complicated for no reason. They always sound amazing and pleasing. Thank you for your content.

Hans f*cking Zimmer is more godlike than God himself bro
Rush is Han Zimmer's most underrated film score...
TRUE! but I think "The Last Samurai" is even more underrated, sadly.
True...
It is underrated because the movie is underrated
