I doubled the recipe and froze a whole bag of these. So tender, so delicious. I made homemade tomato sauce and served with fresh grated Parmesan cheese also. SO GOOD, SO WONDERFUL. Easy to made, fun to make and I will be making these again. 😘

Mr. Pasquale, as far as I know, the traditional gnocchi requires cold water after cooking in boiling water. This type of gnocchi doesn't require this method?

word of advice; try and work your main ingredients by feel of the mix.
It should be dry, yes but a tad sticky
and don't over work it - form the mix with a light touch - don't smash it, it effects the gluton
