Beautiful video, especially the water shots. The rooms are huge. Probably bigger than the average studio apartments in downtown Toronto that cost over $ 1 million. Look forward to your next video.
thanks for the comment much appreciated. after the Royalton we went to the playa Santa Maria next door which I do have videos of and now I've been uploaded some videos of our trip to Guadeloupe. on September 23rd we are going to Cancun and Coyo Largo on December 23rd so much more videos to come. 😀

There's not a lot of resorts that I would be returning but the Royalton Cayo Santa Maria and the Royalton Punta Cana are two that I would definitely go back. The snorkelling shots were on the Catamaran excussion. I also have a video of that on my Chanel if you want to check it out. At the beach you will only find lots of sand with no riffs at all. one go the most beautiful beach that I've ever seen.
If you like snorkelling videos, last May we were in Guadeloupe where I was able to swim with some sea turtles, you need to check that out !!!
We will be back in Santa Maria in December for our Xmas getaway.

yes that was me with my GF and her friend. it would have been nice to chat with you. we went to see the staff on that day. the Playa was ok but not the same vibe as the Royalton. Hope you had a great time as much as we did. im working on some videos. might release one on Friday. we are also planning on a trip to Guadeloupe for May. We are currently at the playa next door of the Royalton. I’ll b making a video of this resort when I get back. I met some people yesterday from the Royalton that saw my videos, it was awesome to chat with them. 😎🏝
did you do the snorkeling just in front of the hotel beach or you went to any place with rocks .thanks ,I'm going there tomorrow
The snorkelling in the video was on the catamaran cruise with swimming with the dolphins. The only thing you will see in front of the resort is tones of white sandy beaches which is great in my opinion with some fishies

That was on the catamaran excursion. In front of the resort is nothing but sand
Hi, thanks for sharing. We're thinking of booking the Juniour Suite with the jacuzzi in the balcony, but I'm not sure if these types of rooms are closer to the beach. My husband has mobility issues and we're wondering if it's better for us to book the regular suites. I've read that building 5 and 6 are closer to the beach, but I'm not sure what types of rooms are offered in these specific buildings.
I would book the regular rooms on the first floor. To be honest I didn’t see any room with a jacuzzi on my stay, they might be farther away. 5,6,7,8 are closer to the beach I believe. The resort if fairly small so pretty much all the buildings are close to the beach. Currently at the playa next door. I’ll release a video shortly if this resort. 😎🏝
The jacuzzi rooms are the farthest from the beach. Up by the main lobby… the resort slopes downhill towards the ocean.
Great video, how was the food?
the first time I went to Cuba in 2003 the food wasn't that great and didn't return until 2015. lots have changed since. there's something for evryone your not going to starve. the a la carte are pretty good but wasn't a huge fan of the pasta.
Been at the Royalton 3 times and even have a palm tree dedicated to us with our names on a rock !! Was wondering if you can give me some feedback as to how the service and food selection is like . Would like to take a trip back there in May 2022 . I’m still in contact with our butler Lester but want another opinion from a traveller and not a worker . Appreciate any response.
Our butler was Michael that week. As for service it was impeccable. The resort was at 30% to 40% capacity. It was our first time to this resort and we had suck an amazing time. Will be going back soon but next weekend we will be next door at the playa. We will definitely be back for a visit next week for a few drinks and chatting with the staff.
Would this resort be suitable for a single girls trip?
24 hour bar?
How was the food and bugs?
we were there in January so there was no bugs. yes for the 24 hour bar at the pool near the beach n in the lobby. If your looking to hookup probably not the best place to go but if you want to relax as a single girl and get awesome service its the place to do. Michael was our Buttler he was the best. If your looking for a hookup I would recommend the Memories or the playa Cayo Santa Maria.
P.S. if you book the Royalton that will also give you access to the memories, star fish and the Playa Cayo Santa Maria resort. I have videos of the Playa if you check on my channel.

Best currency to tip in or use for vendors?
I used Canadian so I usually bring 300$ in 5 dollar bills plus candies, toothpaste, n toiletries for the ladies as they have a hard time getting their hands on those. U can us USD as well as long as u tip them in bills. Coins they will just try to exchange them at some point

Anytime. We are currently at the playa. We went back to the Royalton yesterday to see some of the staff. The staff there are really friendly and appreciative. They welcomed us like family. Soon I will be posted videos from the Playa. Thanks for watching. Cheers
