This was the first LOVEBITES Song I ever heard, back in 2022. A Freind came back to Germany from a Business-Trip from Tokyo. The first thing he showed me, was exacly this Video on YT. Within a few seconds I had a new favorite Metal Band, and I´m addicted since. 🤘🐺🤘
Aren't they on a tour next summer, doing rock festivals in Spain, France and the USA, Atlanta GA Sept 4th. Hoping they schedule some small venues while here in the USA. I would drive out from California to see them. Also catch a SEC football game while out there.

Hello Guitarists, yes! wonderful! Few people explain their techniques and comparisons. Only one drummer jokingly said he was retiring today. It took 30 minutes to explain in an easy-to-understand manner to the general public, with some people stopping many times to explain.

This was pre-Covid, a few days before the lockdowns were enforced. One of their last shows without restrictions until March 2023. They were able to do a small tour in 2021 under very strict rules, that were the last few concerts with Miho. They released one of these shows as „Heavy Metal Never Dies“. If you like Lovebites you must also check Band-Maid, another Japanese all-female band at the same level of musicality. I would describe them as progressive metal/hardrock as it's hard to nail them down at one genre because they are extremely versatile.

Indeed, this is the original bassist Miho at the 2020 "Five Of A Kind" tour. She left in August 2021. Fami joined the band in October 2022.
