I live in Karnataka for more than 5 years. Can understand only basic Kannada language. After listening Rishab Shetty Tamil fluency , I decided to learn Kannada in full way
I just told my husband that many of our neighbour state people can easily talk to us in Tamizh and also they grasped it very quickly and try to read and write as well but we don’t even try to learn their language😕
He deserves all the accolades. The movie was beautifully woven to narrate a folk tale.. a story of a deity.. these are the kind of stories cinema has to bring to life.. thanks to Rishab for bringing this to us... 🥰

You don't have to mention Tulu specifically. He might be Tulu in Home (maybe not ) but he's exposed to Kannada as well. We can't say he's only Tulu. He's in Bangalore so he obviously has exposure to Tamil as he's in movie industry. That's why he doesn't know Telugu. Otherwise he'd easily learn that too. He doesn't live in coastal Karnataka now.

As i know they just release and didn't expect public demand for dubbing for there local languages they have very less time to dubbing just which they got dubbed they start releasing they have to launch it before Diwali that's the reason why they took time

The reason non Tamils in Karnataka particularly in places like Bangalore, Mysore, Shimoga, Mandya speak good fluent Tamil is because of the Tamils population over here who never hide their identity and their love towards Tamil made others to learn Tamil. Tamils here more often speak in Tamil only than responding in local language or in other languages.
@@lokesh7hills kindly tell me how many tamils reside outside Bangalore in Karnataka to have such a population influencing the natives. We learn it out of curiosity and by watching movies. We don't have a superiority complex or hate other languages. There are more telugus in Bangalore than tamils btw

Wonderful to listen to Rishab. I have lived in tamilnadu and right now in Karnataka.. I am very happy to see Rishab talking in tamil and also being rooted in Karnataka. We could see how the tamil movies are coming out of the roots or being political agenda based and how Kannada movies are improving quite a bit. It is time for tamil filmdom to learn from the kannada industry from KGF and Kantara. The bumbleness of Rishab and previously from Yash, is something to revere. May be just like this movie, Puneet Rajkumar's soul is blessing the kannada industry. Very similar to Rishab, I learnt kannada in 27 days. These two languages are seemless and very easy to learn, if you know one of them. I think it is the same with Telugu and Malayalam too. One shouldn't hesitate to learn other languages. If you want to touch heart of another person, it is only through language. Learning a language shouldn't be a bar and dont listen to politicians. No one can impose a language. It is an opportunity and a boon to learn another language

Kannadigas are really smart! Nobody else in this country could learn Languages like them, Average Kannadiga speaks Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu easily. But people who come to Bengaluru and stay there for years dont go beyond Kannada Gottilla.
I learnt Kannada being a Tamil in 2yrs... Since writing was similar to Telugu.. but talking was soooo grammatically organised like Tamil & dialect was sooooooo similar that I was shocked especially to hear a Tulu speaker which I understood since it sounded like Tamil... Especially, humor sense and anger words, one letter emotions were all similar so easy for me learn to it 🫶

Very sensible interview. We have seen some cliched interviews of neighbour state actors, where the anchor will focus more on asking who is your favourite Tamil actor, actress n director. Your memories of tamilnadu etc, whereas this anchor made rishab talk a lot about kantara instead.

In the past legendary Kamal, Ilayaraja, Balachander, Lakshmi, Saritha all learnt and spoke good Kannada and they were our household names. Similarly starting from Dr Raj, Vishnu, Prakash Rai learnt Tamil. They connected well to each other resulting in excellent transfer of knowledge and quality outcome in movies. This is lacking today due to egos and isolation. Tamil talents should learn other languages and collaborate to bring good work on the table.

Seriously as a Tamilian I'm amazed by this legends fluency in Tamil being noway related. Really Kannada movies are becoming benchmark. Hope in TN Govt allows people to learn other languages

Wonderful to listen to Rishab. I have lived in tamilnadu and right now in Karnataka.. I am very happy to see Rishab talking in tamil and also being rooted in Karnataka. We could see how the tamil movies are coming out of the roots or being political agenda based and how Kannada movies are improving quite a bit. It is time for tamil filmdom to learn from the kannada industry from KGF and Kantara. The bumbleness of Rishab and previously from Yash, is something to revere. May be just like this movie, Puneet Rajkumar's soul is blessing the kannada industry. Very similar to Rishab, I learnt kannada in 27 days. These two languages are seemless and very easy to learn, if you know one of them. I think it is the same with Telugu and Malayalam too. One shouldn't hesitate to learn other languages. If you want to touch heart of another person, it is only through language. Learning a language shouldn't be a bar and dont listen to politicians. No one can impose a language. It is an opportunity and a boon to learn another language

Dulquer Salman is a Malayali and Malayalam and Tamil are Almost Similar. This is Not the case with Kannada.

Since writing was similar to Telugu.. but talking was soooo grammatically organised like Tamil & dialect was sooooooo similar that I was shocked especially to hear a Tulu speaker which I understood since it sounded like Tamil... Especially, humor sense and anger words, one letter emotions were all similar so easy for me learn to it 🫶

Very sensible interview. We have seen some cliched interviews of neighbour state actors, where the anchor will focus more on asking who is your favourite Tamil actor, actress n director. Your memories of tamilnadu etc, whereas this anchor made rishab talk a lot about kantara instead.

In the past legendary Kamal, Ilayaraja, Balachander, Lakshmi, Saritha all learnt and spoke good Kannada and they were our household names. Similarly starting from Dr Raj, Vishnu, Prakash Rai learnt Tamil. They connected well to each other resulting in excellent transfer of knowledge and quality outcome in movies. This is lacking today due to egos and isolation. Tamil talents should learn other languages and collaborate to bring good work on the table.
