Fun fact: Regular cocoa concuption may result to weaker bones and kidney stones. Raised amount of calcium has been detected in regular cocoa consumers urine. Calcium in bones binds with flavonoids(soluble oxalates) in cocoa and reduces bones density, the disolved calcium than forms stones in kidney. It is a well known fenomenon in the industry therefore many cocoa product is advertised by: "with added calcium for stronger bones", to counteract with the bone degrading effects of cocoa.
Yes, it is more similar to HSY than any of these other ones... chocolate is not the same as any other sugar snacks 🙂 everybody knows that And both have a premium valuation 😖
Hello. I love your approach to evaluating at what price to BUY a stock. Can you do a video on how to evaluate when to SELL a stock. (Essentially abandoning the company). Many thanks.
I sold them after the last report. The decrease in margins due to cocoa prices was expected, but I was disappointed by the decline in sales. After one and a half months of holding: +9%. I reinvested the money into other stocks.
Overvalued. Salty snacks are a commodity. Every packaged foods company has them and consumers don't really care if they buy name vs. store brands. Did you mention that HSY hedges cocoa prices? Not sure you know the company well enough if you didn't.
Just about always is. You might overpay, but you get what you pay for that’s a stock where I have it set on my brokerage that if it goes down more than 1.25% in a day, I take a look at it.
Follow Warren Buffett and buy Heico with a P/E ratio of 75 is now on deep sale and it is 0.07% of his portfolio so if it goes up 2000% in the next 6 months it won't put a micro dent in his portfolio.
Im holding. Have owned for 2 years. Nothing really special but I like them for balance and income in my pretty growthy portfolio.

Bought a small amount at $185, something to keep an eye on, cacao prices will eventually fall and stabilize, hopefully
That dividend cagr is pretty sweet
You should have added Mondelez among the competitors.
Yes, in my opinion Mondelez would be a better fit for comparison. I would also like to see a stock analysis of them.
