I'm just wondering though what is like the story behind this? Are they just recalling memories of their time together or is this a whole different kind of storyline?
well, i sort of had a story in mind when i was making it. But later thought that honestly people can interpret it however they want. In my head though, it was a different storyline where Marianne and Heloise are just living in this modern world and didn't know each other. And then one day, Heloise sees Marianne and these random flashbacks(memories of past life) start, which she dismisses at first. Then she sees Marianne again in the club and this time the memory is too clear to just be something random, but she still doesn't approach her afraid. But fate has it she runs into her, and Marianne is too drunk to drive and ends up making this stranger drive her home. But they have a good time, living in the moment. Heloise then leaves because she thinks this will not end well with her past life memories in mind. She does research and ends up finding the old paintings which she sends to Marianne to see that she is not the only one having these weird flashbacks. They see each other again at the supermarket where Marianne remembers Heloise as the stranger who helped her get home but Heloise panics and leaves. Marianne is intrigued when she finds receives the pictures of painting in mail, because she knows the modern day Heloise and the lady looks same. So she goes to ask her about it but Heloise again worries and hides just to see how Marianne has taken it all. Marianne then again calls up Heloise and says something that she has in the past life so Heloise finally goes to confront her. They remember their past together and but this time it's a happy end. (wow that was long hahah but how about you all? what did you take the story to be?)
@@momowho9243 this is exactly what I thought! That they kind of knew each other but in this life they didn't... I need someone to write this as a fanfic! Perhaps I could give it a go but I normally don't write "books" I'm a songwriter so yeah it's not exactly the same
I don’t think I’ll ever get over how good this editing is that I’m convinced this is a short film. The modern time + flash backs from past life + soulmates reunited with a happy ending in the present time theme was just.... beautiful. And was beautiful shown in this edit. I can’t imagine the time and effort put into this and the TALENT required. Just wow.

No. I thought of you”....coinciding with the song lyrics “It made me think of you - It made me think of you”. Splendid using “Portrait of a Lady on Fire” which in my mind is seriously the best and most stunning movie I’ve seen for a very, very long time. Hi @momo who It's been some time. When I saw this video I got so inspired I actually started writing a story based on this. I hadn't touched it in a while but I'm going to do my very best to write and finish this story. I might actually maybe publish some chapters online while I continue writing it.
