You will be guided by Spiritual Life Coach Rosemary K into a relaxing and comfortable state, and then, while meditating on the chakras, and repeat affirmations associated with each chakra. You'll also be invited to repeat affirmations associated with each chakra for your neighbors and loved ones as well. We hold space for those impacted by the new administration's policies, and send our prayers and healing energy to them.
