Those Kingston apartments are sinking. Avoid anything built by GEOCON, they are the plague of Canberra buildings and only people who do not live here or know of Geocon buy/rent in them. Avoid them like the plague. I bought an apartment at The Griffen, Parkes - if you can afford there then that would be my topic pick.
This used to be a cheap city, part of the original appeal of being there, sad to see hipsters and independant students having to struggle to get by in the city.
How funny, I just moved to Syd from Canberra and lived in Kingston. If I had to do it all again I would go back to Kingston or Braddon. 👌🏼
