excellent!1 it provides me a new way of thinking about the customers. thinking about the customer first is not easy. you have to cut cost many times, you have to occur loss and do whatever you have to do to be in the market as a customer leader. along you have to get innovation, employee growth and a number of factors which leads you as a brand.
