I’m happy for you. I bought this amazing machine about a year and a half almost 2 years now, and I don’t regret it one bit. One of the best purchases I’ve made in my entire life, words can’t explain how amazing this machine is. Hope you fall in love with this machine as much as I have.
This was a great review, showed how it works and what the experience is like while working out. The upfront cost is pretty high, but it pays off if you actually use it and get healthier (health is most important!). It's a great gym replacement. Wall mount idea is genius, saving a ton of space in the house.
Thank you so much!! I tried to give a full around experience with it. I agree with u.. hefty up front but you want to use it more esp with it being at home, ur more inclined to do more muscle groups than at the gym. The personalization really keeps u on track to build muscle or get lean. Offers cool stretching videos as well. And it’s sooo compact. Came a long way from the old full body home gyms. 🫡
Cool machine From experience if you are only working out 2-3 times a week it’s better to do a full body workout each time spread out evenly throughout the week. I’d say 2 sets per muscle group of 10-15 reps (I’ve been working out for about 3years )
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Advice: The #1 question you should ask up-front is: how many air filtration systems do you have and where are they located??? Why??? Most gyms not only don’t have these, but they also lack the awareness of how critical they are for gyms where one person infected with Covid 19 who’s breathing heavily in a crowded indoor environment can infect scores of others. Gotta be aware of the risk factors here. 💯
Great review ! 🌟 I totally want one. I’m in Toronto the shipping charges might be over the top, and the set up is key. I loved this. The company should definitely give you some brand ambassador recognition 😁🤍✌🏻
So far it’s been AMAZING. I would recommend this to anyone that prefers working out at home. Ur just more comfortable and more inclined to do more muscle groups. The gym intimidates me 😂
This is a very unique review, and I like it. You spend less time demonstrating the different movements and more time showing how the Tonal works. Well done.
And I'm sure that you know how to use all the equipment correctly, right? Tonal is like having a personal trainer in your space, everytime you use it.. Plus, no equipment in the gym will allow you to increase or decrease on the reverse resistance...

So far, no regrets. Worth it. I know I'll continue to love and appreciate it. ❤️

What is your opinion on Speediance Gym Monster?
I've had the machine for three years. I love it. I'm not much for going to the gym, so this helps a lot plus the payments keep me motivated to use it.

Like so many other people, too much incorrect use of the word “literally”
You must be fun at parties
4K plus 80 bucks a month ... I pay 25 a month at my gym

I'm sorry you spent all that money for this...
Pretty sure the company sent to her for a positive review
