    I love this! I am traveling and so didn't want to lay on the bed or hotel floor to move and get ibs relief. This was perfect! And my body feels warmed so I am ready to go about my day! Thanks for this!

    I enjoyed this IBS workout, it was gentle enough for me to do during a IBS flare up, yet I still felt my abs engage and work a bit.

    Thanks, Lara. I find the standing exercises most helpful when I'm extremely inflamed.

      I do as well. Standing seems to lengthen out my abdominal region best and I feel more relief by then end of some slow movement.

    Hi. Forgot to ask you. How many times a week do u recommend doing these exercises n stretches? Have been feeling better after doing them! Blessings 🙌❤

      I would try to do one of th IBS videos everyday if you have the time! Aim for at least 3 times per week.

      If you have done all of the exercises in the IBS playlist than those are what I have posted so far specifically for IBS. I am creating a few more for IBS now so please watch for those in the next few weeks. In the meantime, any of these workouts in my Deskercise playlist should be helpful.
