Congratulations, Ravi garu, it's wonderful to know your travel interests and that you covered 186 countries. More than your Indian passport, your US passport - made this possible, which is the basic requirement for international travel and Visas. With only Indian passport, to get those many Visas itself will kill ones time, and Visa is likely to be denied or tough to get. So, in my opinion, largely your US Passport helped you achieve this. Applaud you commendably. I have traveled 56 countries, so I know the difficulty getting Visas with only Indian passport. With US Passport, you can just buy a ticket and travel.
I did a lot of countries on Indian passport. Definitely doable with an Indian passport too though it requires a lot of extra work

Inspirational video. Though I am not much passionate about travel, but this is more of an inspiring video that talks about money and time management to fulfill our passions whatever it is. One more important aspect you should have mentioned is the support from your family. You couldn't or at least it could be lot difficult if your family wasn't supportive of your passion. However, thanks for sharing this information which might help at least few who want to manage life to fulfill their passion.
