i tried using CHECKLISTS: Should You?

After reading "The Checklist Manifesto" by Atul Gawande, I began implementing checklists into my own life. The result? I have been using checklists for over a year now.
Checklists are like recipes. They can be used as a tool to help you get things done THE RIGHT WAY by using a repeatable process. This can also free up space in your mind for other important stuff, rather than having to remember every single thing that you have to do in a day.
I challenge you to make at least one checklist to see if it works for you. Comment below what your first checklist will be used for!
