It would be cool to hear more about your offseason cycles and what you have had good and bad experiences with yourself and what you have seen work less or more in clients. Considering your level, your size and your length of use, im not surprised you use those doses. Seems to be quite normal for bodybuilders at that level. How would you suggest someone find their minimum effective dose so they can use as little a possible but still get the most out of their PED use? Considering they want to build a pro card worthy physique and have their diet, training and lifestyle down, living the "bodybuilder lifestyle". Its so easy to want to be on the safe side and rather use a few 600mg too much or 5iu more gh than too little and not get the most out of all your effort in the kitchen, gym and all of that.

I don’t want this channel to become all about the drugs though as they really are only a part of bodybuilding and most people would be better served focusing on their nutrition, training, and overall consistency. As for finding your dose. Start low. Any exposure to PEDs from never using will yield good results if all other areas are in check. Then slowly taper the dose up over time till you are either happy with the look or seeing good consistent progress. Always monitoring blood work as there may come a point where that gets hit and then pushing on may be reckless.

I have to take thyroid replacement year-round, currently at 125T4/25T3 but my FT3 is only 2.9pg/ml. I've heard it's best to sit around 3.5. Was surprised since 25T3 is usually replacement dose, but maybe my body needs more being taller. Also in regards to off season dosages, have you noticed that pro-sized bodybuilders need to keep their dosages in the gram plus range to grow? Another way for me to ask this question is, on a small dose of maybe 500 Test/DHT, could you grow on it? Is the reason pros need to increase the dose simply because the rate of growth would just be too slow? Thanks!

In response to your questions: With T3 and T4 I’m using that more so to manipulate fat loss as a tool to keep things moving as food decreases and potential metabolic adaptation could occur. It’s not based off blood work numbers. More feel and experience. As for dosages. I think the higher you push these the more you have to take to maintain and also to keep growing. That’s why I’d always suggest starting as low as possible if someone were to go down the route of PED use.

That’s a great question. With regards to sex life, anyone who has been really lean will know the main factor there is lack of food and energy. I don’t feel personally drugs impact that for me as once food is back up I’m all good to go!! 😂 Mental health is tricky. I’ve never had any real issues fortunately but I do feel that the lower mood, and the way I go quite numb to things is a product of the PEDs as well as being low in energy.

It’s more personal preference and bro science mate. I like the idea of keeping a more consistent level through the day even though the half life of T4 doesn’t necessarily mean you need to.

When you commit to this lifestyle you stop thinking about it like that. Same with food. I don’t know what I spend because what I need to eat and need to take PEDs wise is necessary to acheive the end goal. It isn’t a cheap lifestyle however.

Would like your opinion if I may as I do hear a lot of conflicting advice and that is in your opinion for purely gaining muscle mass, do you feel it’s better to continue escalating testosterone dosage or as some guru’s say is it better to use test with a second compound, let’s say Deca in the correct ratio’s?…im hearing stacking compounds greatly enhance effects of each other, yet some say test is best and just keep pushing until you find your upper level of tolerance?…your opinion would be much appreciated Josh 👍
Personally and just my opinion, not advice. I would start any PED journey with just test. Blood work and monitoring any oestrogen side effects would dictate how far I pushed that. I’d likely opt for a second compound around the 300mg mark and for me that would be Mast or Primo.

However you can get a long way with hard work, intense training, strict nutrition, and relentless consistency. I’d say that’s what’s go me to where I am. I agree that if you fall in to my category you would need to use more PEDs than a genetic phenom.

Thanks for sharing. Are you able to share your bloods/test levels on the 700mg cruise then peak? Now you have retired will you use a TRT dose and what would your aim be for your test level? Also if you dont mind, just how many times did you have to pin a day to get all that in? Did you use multiple slin pins or 2ml at a time…. Must have been uncomfortable surely…
Thanks for reminding me! I’ve just put the links to my previous blood work videos in the details under the video. As for pinning. PEDs were going in at 2ml a day and then everything else on top of that. It was full on and I felt like a pin cushion.
So the arimidex isn’t in there for oestrogen “management”. It’s there for the cosmetic changes that very low oestrogen can offer. Hard and dry (just have to be careful managing fullness and not flattening off too much). This is why I only use it the last few weeks.

I’ve often wondered how travelling and competing gets in the way of a prep cycle. Do guys chance taking it with them? Do they have sources in other countries to pick it straight up?
I can only talk for myself. With regards to injectables I drop them a few days before a show anyway to avoid any bad shots ruining the look so I don’t need to worry about them. I take all my orals and fat burners, along with GH and pack that in my suitcase.
Currently 600mg test e and 800mg mast e which I will taper down some more before getting blood work and trying to figure out what is a reasonable level of use for what I want.

😂😂 strong hair genetics!! The hairline has taken a bit of a hit though! As for dose, I’ve never struggled with the typical sides of Tren hence why I use it and can tolerate that dose. I know many can’t and I wouldn’t advise anyone to try!
