Ghrelin - Every time I buy junk food including any bread for sandwiches, the same day I start eating and eating till I am stuffed and I an stull hungry then more later. The only solution is to get back to basics ie no junk food. I have done fasts before and after the first day it actually feels good fasting. I have never fasted for more that 7 days and with incredible results with the 7 day fast. Thanks again

I love your content so much and I wish you guys were more popular!💯 The only constructive criticism I have is to improve production quality a little more, specifically in the audio side. Keep up the excellent work guys!🎯

One more question on the Methylated B complex. I took a Methylated B complex for four months and did not notice anything whatsoever. The feedback I got was that I should have noticed something, either that or I don't have methylation issues. Does this sound abought correct? Thanks

Besides Mk-677, is there anything you can take to increase ghrelin for hunger purposes? I struggle with bulking in a caloric surplus

I've always wondered this, I'd been taking MK677 for maybe 2 years without a break and stopped due to concerns this was damaging my liver. I do feel like after so long on it my appetite hasn't diminished, perhaps in some way become a muscle memory for my stomach 😂

    • @sschul01

@@jordan-dodson I stopped Mk-677 because of the negative effects it can have on insulin resistance. Ipamorelin/cjc-1295 is a great combo that won’t effect your cortisol and prolactin in a negative way but it doesn’t stimulate appetite :(

If coq10 helps with ATP, should one take it in the AM or evening?

@@gilletthealth thanks. The reason I wonder about this is it seems that if taken in the AM, it would help with better energy for workouts. Let me know if I am misinterpreting the information.

Another great episode as usual bros. I would just say that I 100% agree with eating veggies in really high quantities, but fruit not really because of the high sugar spike.
