What a great video Will. I love the story and narration. Just watching all the skills makes me want to go out and practice. It must be great having such a community to support you. I'm on my own here on the other side of the world. After an injury, I turned to The Dark Side and now have an electric unicycle. I still ride my Sweat Powered One but not as often. Keep up the good work Will :)
Just got into unicycling about 3 weeks ago and upgraded to a 26 club from a rusty 16 inch. After going on a 20 kilometer trip then road down a volcanic butte a week ago. Going to drive through moab this week and hope to do some muni along side my mountain biking family. It is amazing how well this video was made. So cool how you can find these niche videos. Thank you!
I've always wanted to go to Moab Munifest ever since I first learned about it, and this only makes me want to go more. Great video, will! Hopefully I can make it out next year!
Thank man, I was looking for new shot angles and editing idea for uniycle videos. Your video have been really helpfull. This go without saying but there is an incredible level among all the riders present on this video !
Awesome film Will! This trip will forever be such a nice memory and your filmstyle and narration adds so much to it. I will come again but next time on a municycle 😊 Greetings from Niki from Germany
I got into mountain unicycling a few years ago, ultimately it messed up my knees. I was 60lbs overweight though, and have since lost 60 lbs. thinking about getting back into it
Someone who used to ride a 24in lightly on trails and wanting to get back into the sport 8 years down the road what size wheel should I get. I like hopping around. 26? Or 27.5?
If your trails are generally technical and rocky, similar to the trails in this video, then I'd recommend the 26. If your trails are generally smoother and more flowy, like at STOMP, then I'd recommend the 27.5. The 26 will be a slightly better for hopping and the 27.5 will be slightly better for rolling. Both climb about the same honestly. The 27.5 will feel a little faster and will definitely save energy on longer rides. I have a 26 and a 27.5 and I've seen a lot of amazing riding on both sizes. I think it mostly comes down to the types of trails you ride most and your personal riding style. Anyway, hope I helped!
Hey Okke, thanks for saying hi. I'd love to meet you and ride with you, but Utah is a 25 hour drive away from me here in Alabama. I try to go to one mountain unicycle weekend out west each year, but that's really the best I can do right now. If you're ever down in my area feel free to reach out and we'll go for a ride!
What the heck is that 1:02. An aircraft tire? 1:36 this guy knows how to ride downhill on sand. I've ridden sand myself, less pedal resistance/balancing and more weight on seat/hip twist steering. At same time you have to just roll with gravity while sliding at the same time. Where's all the fat tire hatchets? As, I've suspected they're just a novelty with no real purpose.
Yeah, sand is totally a different monster from trail. The unicycle at 1:02 was purpose built specifically for that sandy hill by Paul Hartman. Building custom unis has become his hobby and art. That’s Ryan Kremsater at 1:36. He’s a Kris Holm sponsored rider and he makes everything look easy. 😄
Thanks for putting together the video. Honored to be a featured rider. And this time, not just for a bail section 😋 Great work on the edit!
Haha, thanks Noli! I'm so glad I was able to capture your best Moab riding yet. You were a great host and it was a good time as always.
5:50: the handling of the fall is insanely impressive!
Watching this video has shown the care and love you have for this sport. Love the interesting personality tropes of the people in the video 😊
This was really pleasant to watch Will :D Great riding from everyone!
this is wonderful, the narration adds a lot! such great memories and a beautiful edit
Thanks Spencer, I'm glad you liked it. It was great to meet you and ride matching 27.5 Oracles 😆
Mental ! big skills + big balls on show here🤯

Amazing riding + editing!

Thanks Anthony! You would love it out there. I’d love to see you ride out there one day.
Another awesome video Will! Thanks for taking the time to film and edit. I know how long all that takes and it turned out great. 👍♥️
Thank you Jamey, it’s my pleasure to put it all together. It was great riding with you again!

Thank you, glad you found some new ideas. And yes, they are definitely great riders!
Awesome video! Bummed I couldn't make it this year, especially with Ryan in town! Next year.
Thanks Scott! Yeah, I was looking forward to watching you two ride together. Next time.
Great edit! Also made me really wisit moab once. Good to see y'all rideing!
Thanks! Moab’s been on my bucket list since I first got into muni. Hard trails, but definitely worth a visit.
Everything about this video is amazing. Thanks for all the work you put into this Will, hopefully I'll get to ride with you again soon!
Thanks Travis! Yeah, you were killing it on the trails!
Awesome film Will! This trip will forever be such a nice memory and your filmstyle and narration adds so much to it. I will come again but next time on a municycle 😊

Thanks Niki! I’m glad you enjoyed it. It was nice to meet you.

That’s amazing! So long as your knees allow, I’ll always recommend unicycling. 😁 I hope I can keep riding until I die, haha!
If your health allows you should get back into it! Btw, where you wearing kneepads when you messed up your knee?
I really enjoyed watching this video, I like the blog style and I think it's necessary to keep spreading the unicycling in general, Great job!
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I hope to be able to grow our community and keep it tied together with videos like this.
Well done mate! such a good vibe captured 👌👌 filming, editing and story telling is on point! keep it up
Thank you so much! I’m happy you enjoyed it.
I always thought this type of riding is badass I need to give it a try but you guys are top-notch great video.
Thanks Chris! You should definitely give muni a try sometime
@@WillStreets for sure.

Awesome!
Brooooooo this is so good dude.
Thank you David! 😁
loved it! hope you keep making great videos like that, and also hope i'll ride there someday!
Glad you loved it! I have every intention of continuing to make videos like this. :) Moab’s an incredible place to ride.
Love the video! Really makes me wish I was able to make it but also makes me feel like I was there with you guys
Thanks Owen! Glad I could transport you there for 10 minutes. 😄 We missed you for sure.
DUDE HOLY SHIT THIS IS SO GOOD WHAT THE FUXK

Is Kremsater riding QU-AX now?
No, Ryan’s still 100% Kris Holm
Out of curiosity what where the most common sizes among the top 25% of muni riders?
I feel like 90% were 26" or 27.5" wheels. Maybe slightly more 26" wheels at Moab. Noli was on 26", I *think* Eric was on 26", Ryan was on 27.5"
@@WillStreets Awesome thanks for the reply.
It looks like pogo-ing, or just hopping around on one foot LOL. Two wheels ftw!
Hi Will Street, I'd love to come in contact with you! I'm a Dutch (m)unicyclist in Utah right now. How can I come in contact with you? Cheers!!
