I remember being vocal about Scott Prince being Lockyer's replacement. But they decided in Karmikle Hunt which annoyed me at time :/ Choosing a fullback over a playmaker like Prince made me feel like everyone underrated him. If I remember correctly, game two they surprisingly picked him and I wasnt wrong ^_~. Regardless a dominate game by NSW. They're were some good teams.

They were worried that Thurston and Prince's games were too similar. Thurston's running game and his ability to play 5/8 is seriously underrated. Well, QLD then eventually had the Thurston/Cronk combo so obviously they learnt their lesson. Plus that 2nd game of 2008 obviously where Thurston and Prince combined beautifully to thrash NSW.
