Throwing lesson #10 :
You need to throw with your head on top bent over so your shoulders rotate up. The only why to control your throw is buy bending over when you throw. The question i always get is how do i throw straight if i am bent over. The trick is to throw the disc higher up on the chest. Standing up straight makes you shoulders rotate flat and this causes all the throwing problems.

Aloha ETs, "need to get elbow up", I don't pay much attention to my elbow, all I concentrate on is getting my hands up higher on my chest. But if that helps you remember to get the disc up higher on a straight shot that works. Aloha Michael
