Ditto! I'm not vegan but sometimes I like a mushroom jerky over a meat one, especially if it stays true to the source material- ie if they're "jerkied mushrooms" rather than imitation jerky made from mushrooms

Hey Garrett, as a long time vegetarian I would love some Double G veggie jerky! You should check out soy curls, they have been the closest thing I’ve found to jerky once you dial it in.

I assume the jerky is made from vegan cows, so that's vegan enough for me, but I would probably try vegan mushroom jerky. I would likely mix it with the regular garlic flavor as I ate it, but that sounds interesting for sure.
