    Is there a written recipe?

  • @peteacher52
    @peteacher52 2 ปีที่แล้ว +34

    Hint - use your kitchen scales. Remove the bowl and place the bread maker pan on it. Press 'On' and the scale zeros. 1ml of water weighs 1 gram so add water to the required amount. Press 'Tare' and the scale will zero again. Add the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe, pressing 'Tare' between each. This saves using measuring spoons and is most convenient for measuring honey or other icky-sticky goo with no waste. Eggs well beaten can, to a degree, act as a leavening agent as well, so if you give the eggs a good spanking, your loaf might be lighter. Col, NZ

    Thank you so much- this recipe worked great. I had a couple failed attempts at first. For some reason, my bread maker does 3 kneading cycles and 3 rises on gluten Free. Bob’s Red Mill recommends only one. So I used the dough cycle then the bake cycle and it came out great!

    It might be because the Cup-for-Cup flour already has xanthan gum in it, providing a better bread texture. Thanks for the video. Will definitely try this!

    I love this recipe so much and I’ve noticed it at the beginning of mixing ice group decides a little bit then there aren’t chunks of flour.. and I pull out the paddle when it’s done mixing so I don’t have a giant hole in my bread!
    I was wondering if by chance, if you know this works without a bread maker? I have a lot of friends and family that love the spread whenever they try it, but they don’t have a bread maker. So I don’t know how long they would need to knees it for, let it rest or what temperature to bake it at. Does anyone know?

    Thank you! This recipe works great. Only tweaks were I used beer/whey in place of water, and I didn't use gf setting. Quick bread setting on my wolgang puck bread machine works better. Subscribed. 😊

    I use a zojirushi bread machine because it has the two paddles, and the bread comes out more of the size of what you see in the grocery store. It was a very expensive machine, but it does not have the gluten free cycle. I am in the middle of trying your recipe using the "quick bread" cycle, and it looks like it is doing well. My machine is programmable. In your bread machine's user guide, does it show how much time is in each cycle of your gluten free course? If you could give me those, I could program my machine. I am retired and cannot afford to buy another $300 bread machine. Thanks so much!

      My machine has a quick bread setting for one mix and one rise then bakes. Keto and gluten free flours are low to no gluten so it cannot mix the same as regular flours. Gluten free setting also works.

      Hi!! So my machine does not ask to choose a pound option. I just choose the gluten free option and I'm assuming it automatically adjusts. However, based on the finished loaf, I would say the 1.5 pound would be just fine. Sorry I couldn't be of more help...let me know how it turns out.

      Are you wanting a bread mix to make in a bread machine or a bread mix that you can make from scratch and bake in the oven?

      I have a SYBO. I looked on Amazon and its $56. Mine is a few years old. This one looks to be a little larger at 2.2 lbs. I hope this helps!

    If you use sugar instead of honey, does there need to be an adjustment to the amount of flour? Or if you increase or decrease the honey?

    • @Renewedvitality23
      @Renewedvitality23  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have never adjusted the flour amount when increasing or decreasing the honey. I hope that helps. Good luck!

    To much unnecessary information would have been a better video if you just kept it basic. I got bored, and stopped watching.
