Love that this home has more storage. The open kitchen and cabinet space makes it feel so much bigger. The second bedroom is a good use of flex space. Our number 1 feature is having two bathrooms . We are retiring in a couple years and this is a fantastic option. All we need now is land!
They have everything except for the lots here! It would be 100% perfect if this company had lots for rent to put their homes on. Like the Increadable Tiny Homes Guy has in TN.

This is a very nice layout. Lots of storage without needing a loft. I like that you can customize the inside as you need. Omitting one thing or adding another. Yes, the price would change, but you allow customers to do so. Some day, I’ll get the one I want. Thanks for great videos!
I love this floor plan. The wash room big enough to accommodate side by side washer and dryer is must. My concern is you didn't mention anything about an AC or heating unit?
I loved almost everything about this model! The tiny bedroom needs some storage, though. A little closet , or maybe a dresser/closet above combo. Something!! Also, put in a better entertainment center in LR. That’s an easy fix!!🌻
I view all kinds of homes as a hobby and enjoyment. I will always want to live in a brick home or a metal build on a slab. These days, I don't know how anyone can afford to buy a new site built home, even the cheap ones, which are sky high in price. However, most of their floor plans are horrible. I see better floor plans in tiny homes, double wide, and triple wide homes than I do in garden homes. It surprises me that home builders don't have better floor plans after all these years. When you see better floor plans in a trailer, than you do a brick home, the builders need to make some changes.
The housing bubble is going to burst one day. One issue is people are buying old houses and rehabbing them. My current house I bought for $25k then put a little less than 100k into it and 2yrs later it’s worth about $250k. I knew the area I bought in was being revitalized and the value would go up and was prepared to deal with it being in the hood at first. It wasn’t active gangs and a lot of violence just very poor. If it weren’t safe here I wouldn’t have done it. Anyways, you can buy a run down but structurally sound house for cheap anywhere and spend less money than what you’ll be able to get out of it and have a really nice home to live in.

I have seen some beautiful tiny homes that are 700 to 800 sq.ft my nephew paid over 450 thousand for his home and the tiny homes to me are more beautiful and less expensive
Beautiful, beautiful home! I like so many things! Storage, colors, a nice dining area, extra cabinets and counter tops, two bathrooms, a full-size laundry area! It's a very pretty, comfortable and livable home! I'd tweak a few windows, but that's about it. Big sheets of glass like the living room windows always make me nervous. I'd replace those big windows with smaller ones that can open, and put another little window in the guest bath. I love natural light in the bathrooms. What a beautiful home this is! RRC does such a great job!
this is excellent, I love the size. I would love a little house like this. Love all the storage and the kitchen area. Transom window in bath needs to open, and some of the others too. Also loved the blue subway tile

Great floorplan. The only thing I would change is the window in the master bedroom in the wall opposite the closet. Could they put transient windows up higher on the wall and get rid of that bigger window? I like the look of those windows above the bed. I don't like a bed obstructing a window. Other than that, it's a great little house😊
I love the porch on a single wide. I would love to see one with 3 windows above the sink, a separate shower with tub in the master with a walk-in closet like in the Lulabelle. Maybe a 1bd/1bath + bonus room with 1/2 bath.

this is a great option for people who want to down size but not too much. I would make some changes.. like remove the front porch to expand my living room and adding a fireplace. but with a few tweaks this would be perfect. love the huge fridge and the pantries.
