Secret to big tech is feeder schools and feeder employers. After that, it's just focus on doubling your income, interview prep, etc. Feeder schools is really the key. Georgia Tech is a Microsoft feeder. Microsoft is a Salesforce feeder.

We need a part 2 to understand how. I’ve known ppl that have made crazy money in tech sales that were in the right territory at the right time. Also, how many years are you making a million dollars income? Reason I ask is because the ppl I know that have done it end up having their territories divided and carry a higher number which makes it harder to hit a million in consecutive years.
He said he went to Georgia tech for masters but what was his major in? and his BS major? I ask cause microsoft hires a lot of Computer science graduates.

Have a consistent process in place (apply to 5-10 companies per day, reach out to the recruiters/hiring managers at the company, etc) 2. Make sure your Linkedin is up to par. I worked in tech sales at IBM recently. Its lucrative but the competition is fierce with competitors so its up and down how much u can make in bonuses
