"How to buy a machinegun legally" *Looks at constitution* "Shall not be infringed" "All unconstitutional laws are to be null and void" Ah, there it is!
It's a little bit more nuanced than that. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Second Amendment cannot be infringed when it comes to citizens owning a gun for self-defense. Of course in some European countries, it is illegal to own a gun and _not_ own a silencer, and in others, you are expected to own a full-auto rifle, because you are part of the militia.
Mathew Gordon lol that’s nice and all, but what’s the next step? You have to know some pretty shifty people to follow through and buy a black market one

Just about all criminals use crappy little pocket .380 pistols anyways. Bonnie & Clyde were the primary outlaws that spawned these ridiculous laws. The sad part is that they didnt even buy their machine guns legally, they stole them from armories.
It's not about the criminals who search for a Maschine gun. America is already to fucked up, there is no way one could destroy all Maschine guns, America is to full of bullshit. it's about not having a sick teen seeing an ak in his dad's basements and think "well I could use that" just writes his last letter and goes out and shoot 20 people in 5 Seconds!
Adam Moer An AK isn't a machine gun. A trained professional isn't going to be able to shoot 20 people with it in 5 seconds. With very few exceptions machine guns are illegal in the United States and have been for a very long time. There are not that many of them, most of them are in the hands of people who have been through insane amounts of background checks and tucked away safely where unsupervised unscrupulous people can't get a hold of them. I don't believe a machine gun has been used in any mass shooting in the United States in my lifetime. Almost all gun crime in the United States is performed with handguns. Not AK47, not AR15, and not most definitely not machine guns. Other than you getting all of the major facts very wrong, I mostly agree with your point.

Yes you can because the registered drop in auto sear is the machine gun itself, and if you have a registered drop in sear you can legally put in any weapon you choose, if you have $15,000 to $25,000 to spend on a registered drop in sear

Firelife0510 xX I love how you call me retarded. It just makes it so much worse in your favor. 🤦♂️😂 Let me school you a bit kid. First of all, we CAN own Full Automatic Firearms in the US. You need to have a "Class 3 License", which grants you the ability to own ANY type of firearm you want. You can have Full Autos, Tanks, Grenades, RPG's, ect. Dont believe me? Here's a link to a man named Mel Burnstein. He has everything I listed, AND MORE. m.th-cam.com/video/b0vpzpjKVsw/w-d-xo.html So keep listening to false Info from main stream media. And you say that "Semi autos are less dangerous when it comes to mass shootings." This, is false.🤦♂️ When it comes to mass shootings, Full Auto Firearms are used in less than .001% of them. 99.9% of the time, a SEMI AUTO FIREARM is used in mass shootings. So the narrative that you hear on the news, that Full Auto Firearms are a problem is RIDICULOUSLY EASY to debunk. Full Auto Firearms are not a problem at all. A very select group of Americans have been approved for a Class 3 License. Do you know how many times a firearm is used to SAVE lives in the US Annually? 500,000 to 4 Million. That is the number of times a firearm is used in self defense annually in the US. 8,000 is the number of people who are killed by gun CRIME annually. It is NOT 30,000 because that number includes suicides, police shootings, and accidents. So, with that statistic, you are at least 30-60 times more likely to be SAVED by a firearm than killed by one. So, Should we disarm all of these 4 million law abiding citizens and let them be killed by criminals who have guns? Additionally, School shootings account for less than 1% of all gun deaths annually. America does NOT have a gun problem. So, in your words, if your too ignorant to do some research, and hear the REAL facts, then you are "Retarded". How'd that one go again for you? 🤡🤦♂️🤷♂️😚
@ And those statistics are only the self defense cases reported. Think of the smaller examples such as simply diverting someone trespassing with a firearm. Almost every case where firearms are used to kill are going to be reported while the cases they are used to protect are likely few and far in comparison.

@@1800pouned Exactly! These numbers only come from situations where a firearm is SHOT is self defense. Its pretty simple, the firearm is used, the police are called, and a report is filed. These numbers come from those reports. Now, if we had the number of times a firearm is simply pulled out in an attempt to deter an attacker, the numbers would be even higher!
I was not of age before the cut off date in 1986, therefore I had NO opportunity to register a fully automatic firearm. THIS IS AGEISM AND IS DISCRIMINATION. #ILLEGAL

I can't imagine living under that sort of law. Just this week, there was a story in Australia where the police went to a stadium and took a t-shirt launched from the sports team because it might be considered a "firearm." That's where gun control leads. They aren't even allowed to launch bunched up tshirts to their screaming fans at a sporting event.

yep, and they are trying hard to remove that right from us. Hopefully we have a civil war in the next decade and take over the government and form a new one.
Yes it does so any weapon it is legal for the military to own it should be legal for a private citizen to own. Anyone who just believes private citizens should be limited to semi automatic assault rifles is a total hypocrite.
"No one needs a fully automatic weapon" Is said by the same people who also think "Only police and military need fully automatic weapons" This is the logic we have to deal with, folks...
WAIT... Social media and the Newscasters tell me ALL THE TIME that I can just go online and order "full auto assault weapons and machine guns" and even "High Capacity 30 Caliber Clips" and have them send to right my door without a background check or anything. Has my life been a LIE?!?!? Darth Vader for president! :P
Ritchie Wolf You need to learn sarcasm. His misuse of the word "clip" discredits him, but not "darth vader for president". You shouldn't be able to legally conform with others in any capacity. There should be a TH-cam IQ test instead of the bot test smh
pr20 Yeah, criminals don't need to do things the legal way, just getting from the black market. Us law abiding citizens? We have to jump through hoops.
Extremely. You can't get an M4A1 because it's just a modern (and slightly shorter) version of the M16. Only difference is that it can handle abuse more and making it harder to jam up.
you can but you have to have the tanks gun either demounted or have a piece of metal welded in the barrel and you can own shells too in certain states if your willing to pay an extra 200 USD tax stamp per shell...
The sad and diabolically clever thing about this: Now people who own these guns would be AGAINST repealing the 1986 FOPA because it would cause their investment to INSTANTLY depreciate! That makes my blood boil.
Exactly the same thing I thought. Some of them would probably put up as much of a fight as the antigunners. I still think I should be able to drive to my local pawn shop and pickup up an m60e6 etc...
+sbwingman +joefriday bullshit! We would gladly take the hit in order to make every gun we own full auto! I'd loose thousands one week but have all converted the very next week with a big ass smile on my face?
ShooterSD72 I'm sure a good portion of 'transferable' owners would be ecstatic to see it repealed, but it's worrisome that there is such a strong financial incentive to keep FOPA, and it's hard to imagine there wouldn't be a percentage of owners who are not too keen on devaluing their collection.
+SBwingman The percentage of those who have a collection and would oppose it. Is so incredibly small I can't imagine it would have any say. Compared to the number of AR-15 owners in the country. I don't see why the ATF doesn't seize the opportunity and make a new $2000 create a machine-gun tax stamp. The amount of revenue generated would flood the Government with cash... I'd be all over that shit! And the originals will hold some sort of value.
Wow, so you have to go through all this just to own a gun that has one extra firing mode? Not worth it in my opinion. Also if a pro gun president is elected I might start a petition to repeal all this BS. Would anyone be willing to sign it?
How to get any assault weapon, including tanks and high explosives Step 1: Join the Russian military Step 2: Serve for 2-30 years Step 3: You now have the right to own up to 5 military grade assault weapons
Just ask Barack Obama he sent millions of fully automatic weapons to the Mexican drug cartel... money money money... plus the biggest traitor on the face of this Earth..
Everace well i'm sure the cartels hang close enough to the border for quick access but far enough away to not be seen by border patrol. plus the cartels practically run Mexico to begin with through heavy government corruption.
+Jormungand13324 Which is why those calling for the banning of guns are retarded. The Mexicans already send us people and drugs illegally what makes you think that we would do any better stopping guns?
Thank you for saying it. I want to scream whenever Reagan supporters spout their non-sense. As Governor of California, he increased the wait periods to buy a gun. He also attacked Open Carry of firearms. As President, he supported the attack on Full Automatic Ownership. Later, he put in his support for the so called “Assault Weapon” ban. Yeah, I don’t care how many good sounding catch phrases that guy spewed, his actions tell me he was a commie. He was a Fudd gun owner/supporter at best, and a tyrant at worst!
You should really learn more about political theory. Regan was an adamant capitalist, hell anarchists and marxists love guns. Marx even has a quote about arming the poor and the underclass to stop the police and Borguoise from crushing them. Communists are more sensible in gun control than any Neoconservative/Neoliberal out there.
@@viennasvanguard2060 people forget that communists are pro gun. Mainly because every time it's been implemented, there's mass disarming of the people.
I'm not even that much of a gun advocate but a lot of the laws that you highlighted seem a little arbitrary needlessly restrictive. If old machine guns are legal then new ones should be too. They should not be easy to get but this seems a little ridiculous to me
I'm fine with them being heavily regulated because I know we could never get rid of that I just wish we as regular citizens could buy newly produced machine guns
step 1: buy it done. if you live in the U.S. it's perfectly legal to buy any weapon you wish. beurocrats can't stop the Constitution. sure they'll fight you but it's always legal
Maybe if menntally ill people would stop being irrational and/or overemotional or anything else that could be a potential problem w a gun, theyd stop being demonized. BUT, it doesnt work like that cause you cant just cure everybody. Of course not every mentally ill person is unstable but having a gray area in that feild would be dangerous. In this case generalization is your best bet
You don't need full auto to put a bullet through a tyrant's skull. I'd love to have full auto as a way to connect with our veterans, to better imagine what it must have been like. Obviously one can never truly simulate war, but it's no more evil to want to shoot a machine gun than it is to want to pilot a North American P-51D Mustang, or climb up on the ramparts of an old fort, or lay in a bunk of an old submarine. It's about making history come alive. Again, a man with an antiquated bolt action rifle like a Mosin, and sound strategy, can do way more damage than some derp trying to be Rambo. All that said, I want none of these laws that infringe on my 2A rights, even if it's just solely on principle.
Why don't you make your own ? My brother did make sniper rifle just using some woods, air pistons and some few stuff that I have forgotten but I do know it is easy to make one.
I have an automatic Thompson, so that’s fun. Not sure how, but I know that my Grandfather owned before. He owns lots of WW2 era guns including an M1 Garand, a German Gun I haven’t seen yet, and some more
less than 200k machine guns with over 300 million guns in the country owned privately. That market demand! repealing the NFA would be a huge economic boom.
Even though gun laws are generally speaking more strict in Switzerland than in the US getting a fully automatic firearm is apparently a whole lot easier. After having successfully applied for a license for regulated firearms(Waffenerwerbsschein) one can apply for a license for "forbidden" firearms(Sonderbewilligung). Said license allows you to buy any fully automatic firearm no matter the date of production. Thus if you have the time and money to go through that process you can legally own stuff like H&K MP7s or select fire SIG 553s.
***** unwualified? there's not much to it, in fact, almost nothing, but then again, you point to the last time a the NICS system stopped a lone gunman from just buying it privately, or illegally, or just making it, and I'll show you a REALLY dumb criminal.
mikethemaniac1 Yes as would I but that is not the real world. If we had to live with a system like this then I would much rather have another country's system than what the U.S. does now.
If it did get repealed and Full Automatics were for sale again- people better buy them all up lol... I've been thinking...the courts have used the term “common use” in the past... it’s a test to basically say, that any firearm that is owned and used by a majority of people is clearly protected by 2A. Weapons in “common use” by the public are not considered “dangerous and unusual”. ...Machine guns are currently considered “dangerous and unusual.” Perhaps if machine guns were for sale again- and people were to buy lots of them up like they do AR-15’s..well perhaps they could then be protected using the "common use" argument. That’s what bothers me when people make fun of "Bump Stocks"...which exist because Full Automatics are artificially limited to the Citizenry. People should support Bump Stocks by buying one, and make bumpstocks a commonly used firearm item (remember the "common use" argument?) Then when people ask why bumpstocks are so popular- we can say because of the hurdles in buying a Full Automatic firearm. Perhaps it will help make a stronger case for bringing back full auto- when so many people are already using Bump Stocks.
Here is supreme court judge nominee Brett Kavanaugh talking about “common use”: www.guns.com/2018/09/06/kavanaugh-on-2nd-amendment-semi-auto-rifles-are-in-common-use-videos/ P.S. Buy a Bump Stock lol
“We may as well consider at this point (for we will have to consider eventually) what types of weapons Miller permits. Read in isolation, Miller’s phrase “part of ordinary military equipment” could mean that only those weapons useful in warfare are protected. That would be a startling reading of the opinion, since it would mean that the National Firearms Act’s restrictions on machineguns (not challenged in Miller) might be unconstitutional, machineguns being useful in warfare in 1939.” -Former Supreme Court Justice Scalia, speaking in reference to the 1939 court case “United States v. Miller”. In this case, a man challenged the National Firearms Act as unconstitutional, in regard to sawed off shotguns.
“In the absence of any evidence tending to show that possession or use of a "shotgun having a barrel of less than eighteen inches in length" at this time has some reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia, we cannot say that the Second Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear such an instrument. Certainly it is not within judicial notice that this weapon is any part of the ordinary military equipment, or that its use could contribute to the common defense.” -Quote from the 1939 case “United States v. Miller”. Although the man who brought the case lost, the decision hinted that other weapons restricted currently under the NFA- may be able to be challenged as unconstitutional!
+timinator855 not when the second amendment to the supreme set of laws in the country prohibits any limitation or anything that could undermine the right to own and carry a gun.
At least in the other countries you are paying a lot less for one. They are not paying the super-inflated price for what a car goes for. They also can buy new machineguns while we are stuck with essentially well-used antiques. If the gun is damaged beyond repair you can replace it, you can't in the U.S. unless you are lucky to find another well-used antique to go through the buying process again which is another thing. I am sure once you go through the lengthy process in another country the government trusts you enough that you don't have to go through the process again each time you want another. Here it does not matter. Want another MG? Go through the same process again. Nevermind the fact the person doing it is the most law-abiding and knows the stakes that committing a crime will cause him to forfeit the amount of money invested in these things. I would much rather have the Czech system in dealing with MG's than what we currently have.
If you are an amateur gunsmith, you can convert your gun to fully automatic by filing down a few parts. This OBVIOUSLY is illegal. A friend of mine converted his 1911 to full auto by doing this. He ran through 7 rounds very quickly and his hand was bruised by the end of the day. I am relatively certain you can do this with ar-15s, Uzis, and sks rifles. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!
That is completely untrue. You can do it with almost any semi auto by modifying the sear. The problem is that if you screw up you will not be able to stop firing until you have expended all of your ammunition.
Joseph Ahner The firing pin is protected in an M16 so that doesn't work. The hammer just rides the bolt down. The auto sear doesn't make the hammer drop, it retards the hammer from following the bolt then lets it fall so it has enough force to ignite the primer.
Yeah but the problem is you can’t control when you stop firing, the gun will continue to fire until it either runs out of ammo or it feels like it. My ex girlfriend’s uncle built an AR-15 and forgot one piece so when he pulled the trigger 3 or 4 rounds fired in succession. He noted that he couldn’t control how many rounds were fired.
Just go get csgo and wait for about 2 rounds in casual without buying anything. You should then be able to afford a negev. OR, you could buy a m249 after you wait about 4 rounds without buying anything
Bump stocks should become as common as people owning AR-15’s. If people don’t have one, and are able to lawfully/financially buy one- then they should. The only reason why people buy bump stocks is because of the current non-sensical restrictions on Full Automatic Firearms. It helps the argument for Full Automatic Firearms, which are already owned by some of the public anyway. Buy a bumpstock. 😎

Joseph Damiano No, because a registered sear is not how an AK is made a machine gun. AKs are born pre 86 transferable or not. It is simply not how they work internally. The M16 or AR15 is more complex. The normal method by which an M16 is created cannot be done post 86; however a drop in sear exists that can make an AR15 work like an M16 ( further a gadget called a lightning link ). This component itself ( which never came in a real M16 ) could have been registered pre 86 and is transferable. I understand this is confusing. Assume conversions are not really possible. There are a few very specific firearms that can me made into machine guns if that part itself is considered a machine gun and transferred on form 4. You cannot form 1 a machine gun.
Can you create a gun or conversion part? It's against the law, and if you get caught it is 10 years and a $250K for each one. If you commit a felony with it, it is an automatic 40 year mandatory sentence under Federal law. Anyone killed and it is a Federal Death Penalty eligible case. You can violate any law, but it is a serious Federal felony to convert a gun to full auto without a Federal manufacturer's license. I wouldn't recommend it.
Full auto is fun, but not as useful as you'd think. While in the military you learn pretty quickly that single fire is your best friend. That, good aim and a decent trigger finger makes for great accuracy and a decent rate of fire. Full auto is so damn fast, that the following bullets leave the barrel while it's pointed slightly up while recoiling. And the average range of engagement is about 200-300 yards; on that range, you miss by several feet if your follow up shots are fire while your gun is recoiling. We were literally told; go ahead and hold the trigger down for a bit, then we'll look at the pattern. We did and realized it's really only useful in ranges of 0-40 yards any further and you'll miss a lot of shots, wasting ammo.
Doesn’t matter if shit hits the wall all you gotta do is shave your trigger in where it catches for semi auto. It has two catches, one when you pull and release the trigger, and the second one is when the trigger is reset far back(from a shot from the recoil) which makes it semi auto because after that shot if you hold the trigger it catches and doesn’t let it keep going. Shave it off so you only have the trigger pull catcher and you have full auto, I don’t know the exact names for all of it but it would be easy to show on a lower receiver, keep in mind this is a felony so do at your own risk... or unless there coming for your guns or shit hits the wall! Anyway 😉 good luck
4 years late but DONT DO THIS, shaving the disconnect can cause hammer follow and is NOT how a true "3 hole" auto sear functions. Hammer follow can cause out of battery detonations and seriously injure you or bystanders.

I'm sure the criminals always follow all of these steps...
Just about all criminals use crappy little pocket .380 pistols anyways. Bonnie & Clyde were the primary outlaws that spawned these ridiculous laws. The sad part is that they didnt even buy their machine guns legally, they stole them from armories.
I know gunsmiths who probably know how to build their own automatic weapons
It's not about the criminals who search for a Maschine gun. America is already to fucked up, there is no way one could destroy all Maschine guns, America is to full of bullshit.
it's about not having a sick teen seeing an ak in his dad's basements and think "well I could use that" just writes his last letter and goes out and shoot 20 people in 5 Seconds!
Adam Moer
An AK isn't a machine gun.

@ Absolutely destroyed
@ you destroyed that man so hard lol 😂

Even though gun laws are generally speaking more strict in Switzerland than in the US getting a fully automatic firearm is apparently a whole lot easier. After having successfully applied for a license for regulated firearms(Waffenerwerbsschein) one can apply for a license for "forbidden" firearms(Sonderbewilligung). Said license allows you to buy any fully automatic firearm no matter the date of production. Thus if you have the time and money to go through that process you can legally own stuff like H&K MP7s or select fire SIG 553s.

Here is supreme court judge nominee Brett Kavanaugh talking about “common use”: www.guns.com/2018/09/06/kavanaugh-on-2nd-amendment-semi-auto-rifles-are-in-common-use-videos/

“We may as well consider at this point (for we will have to consider eventually) what types of weapons Miller permits.
Read in isolation, Miller’s phrase “part of ordinary military equipment” could mean that only those weapons useful in warfare are protected.
That would be a startling reading of the opinion, since it would mean that the National Firearms Act’s restrictions on machineguns (not challenged in Miller) might be unconstitutional, machineguns being useful in warfare in 1939.”
-Former Supreme Court Justice Scalia, speaking in reference to the 1939 court case “United States v.
Certainly it is not within judicial notice that this weapon is any part of the ordinary military equipment, or that its use could contribute to the common defense.”
-Quote from the 1939 case “United States v. Miller”. Although the man who brought the case lost, the decision hinted that other weapons restricted currently under the NFA- may be able to be challenged as unconstitutional!
Possibly hughes amendment but NFA never will be if you ask me
Compared to some other countrys this isnt really much efford to go through. I think its worth it..
That is what they said in 1934. Never settle on an unjust law against the 2nd amendment .

And if you do it, don't get caught
but the problem is that im a doofus. i mess up everything in wood shop in school so how can i convert something to full auto.
That is completely untrue. You can do it with almost any semi auto by modifying the sear. The problem is that if you screw up you will not be able to stop firing until you have expended all of your ammunition.

The firing pin is protected in an M16 so that doesn't work.
In Sweden we can own fullauto lowers. I got M16A1, G3, MP5 lowers :)
How easy is it to move to Sweden?
Yeah but you can’t Open or Concealed Carry like Americans can
@@SoccerVJ2011 Soo, basically intended for home defense? Kinda like Canada?
Just go get csgo and wait for about 2 rounds in casual without buying anything. You should then be able to afford a negev. OR, you could buy a m249 after you wait about 4 rounds without buying anything
Just buy a slidefire and ar AR 15, 900 rounds per minute and legal per the ATF.
+trac nunya wheres the fun in that?
bobbluntman wrong..i can do 2 3 4 5 burst with a slidefiee no problem. its not BUMPFIRE lol
This is the most helpful video I’ve ever watched on TH-cam, and couldn’t have came at a better time, I just downloaded several transfer to heir form 5’s, thank you and well done
Bullshit laws I need fully autos it's my second amendment right. I need them for home defense and where can I get those $1000 full autos CNN says I can just go online and ship it without a background check or signature
Funnily enough you could theoretically buy and own any weapon under the second amendment before it was unconstitutionally neutered.

Does the government realize " shall not be infringed" means they legally cannot put any restrictions or laws on guns and ammo
I'm sure the cartel bois went through this process.
I seriously don't see the big deal about having machine guns.. I mean whats the worst that can happen?
Robert the government...
Im assuming this was sarcasm
@@dickcastle all your doing with full auto is spray and pray..
The worst that could happen! Crime would drop tremendously. An armed society is a polite society!
The big thing if you own one know how to operate it correctly as much fun as it is to empty the clip
Standard military practice 6 to 9 round bursts or you can warp the barrel
How much would i drop for a FN FNC or swedish ak5
Bout 12k
+TFB TV I fired a full auto Mac 10 once (no it wasn't legal but it was a buddy of mines) he never greased it so it jammed alot. (drove me nuts as a gun fan) it was loads of fun regardless. these restrictions obviously infringe on our 2nd ammendment rights, do you think we can ever get it reversed?
+Joshua LoCicero I wouldn't be putting that online man! Yes I'm very pro gun and yes it definitely infringes upon our rights but you and your buddy could get in serious trouble. If he cares he should cut the receiver which will render it un-fireable but make it perfectly legal for him to have. Good news though: I and probably everyone else on here won't tell the ATF
Nellson Stout I could care less I haven't spoke to him in years and never knew his last name, he was my drug dealer haha. So even if some fed saw this his investigation would end with me. Waste of their time
+Joshua LoCicero and no. WE probably can't but with a few million bucks, some insanely good lawyers, a few thousand signatures on a petition (which I'll gladly sign) and a pro gun senate and house someone could do it.
I read an article somewhere that said Trump will repeal the Hughes Amendment once he gets inaugurated. Here's to hoping he'll do that, improved gun rights will probably be the only good thing he'll do.
Corinthian I read something similar to that and it said that suppressors would become completely legal or something like that
Corinthian I hope to God that's true. #TRUMP #USA
Walker1444 too bad he hasn't done it yet
Well, this promise was clearly kept!
2019 here, Trump has done more damage to gun rights than Obama ever had.

Ethan Hsiung why?
@@ChickentNug why not
Yayo' Ariowibowo it’s not a good gun you are going to need 2-3 people to operate it properly if you just have the ammunition hang down and not feed the gun could jam it’s not reliable just go to tfb tv top 5 worst weapons for the apocalypse he can explain why
Christopher Woo have you heard of princess from twd??
Jack if you mean tfb tv yes I have indeed
What can u do if u legally obtained the gun and the essential parts that make it a machine gun are no longer available? Can u mill a new part?
Ferguson101 so AR conventions are leagal
boxfox reyes I don't understand? So is it legal to modify a gun such as an AK to be full auto?
You can mill a whole new gun if you really want to. Or do you mean legally? I'm not sure what you're asking.
Joseph Damiano
No, because a registered sear is not how an AK is made a machine gun.
Sooooo. If I become a dealer. I can own a p90 and a AN94.
An94 no. They never sold those to usa

Hello person who also saw this on their recommendations
CamTheWeeb hi
That was some very good thorough information. Usually other gun experts or rather ambiguous on this subject.
I want UZI or Henry Rifle xD
I got an MP40 and an M1A1 Thompson.
not cool im jealous
BigBrainNicky that's cool I want an MP40 good German gun for a good German man
BalzToTheWall86 WTF? You lucky fuck. That's like $50k just for the two of em. Lol
"You could own this" yea sure for 40k
Ronald Wilson Reagan, as much a statist as LBJ and FDR. Sorry, apologists. He was never a champion of individual liberty by his actions regardless of empty rhetoric.
Was listening to the video, wanted to subscribe at the end...was already subbed -_- Great information.
Any gun law that makes it harder or impossible to own certain weapons is infringement. The people should be equally or better equipped than the military and police.
Well your law makers you elected like Republicans and democrats didn't like that so they changed it
@@bigvaxmeanie925 unfortunately, people like me weren’t around when many of these laws were passed. The only person I’d enjoy voting for is George Washington or Thomas Jefferson.
Our 2nd amendment is hanging on by a string.
How to get a Machine Gun legally
1. Buy an assault/battle rifle (make sure that you could buy it in full auto)
2. Buy a drum mag or extended mag for your gun
3. buy cosmetics including: Bipods, long barrel extension, carry handle etc
4. enjoy at the range
this is absurd, why were americans more free and less dangerous during the 1930s than they are now? Are we not allowed to own property??
Step 1: Live in America
Or the Czech Republic.
or Somalia
I don’t even know why i’m watching This from Finland but it trully puts a smile on your face when you full-auto Learned That in The defense force, can’t hit anything though
Why are we ok with the government treading in us like this?!
Ok you go march on DC... We'll be right behind you...
I have seen modern firearms that are machine guns... How is this possible?
Companies still make machineguns for potential leo and military sales.
+Joe Yummiestanimal are they actually full auto? and if so are they the aforementioned dealer guns?
It's possible that this gun was, as the video mentioned, a modern firearm with a pre-ban part, such as a full - auto sear, out of an older firearm. That would be legal according to my interpretation of this video.
many people convert them illegally, but local police rarely care.
Gabe Merritt
what magical place do you live in, and can i get directions?
you could just just become a ffl, it’s a lot of work but has a lot of benefits. you can buy, manufacturer and sell any modern machine guns, short barrel riffles and short barrel shotguns.
*FBI wants to know your location*
**clears throat** All "gun control legislation" is unconstitutional. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
I'll remember this the next time I need to buy a machine gun legally thanks
This is kind of bullshit. I would LOVE to see the day when the atf is no longer and people can easily buy machine guns, put stocks/grips on pistols, convert sbr to pistols and pistols to sbr without going through extra government shittery.
I hope Trump will change this...
Yeah, how's that been working for you?
