Lucy: "He's a criminal!" Hawk: "He's not a criminal, he's an _Activist_ !" Protesting is not a crime. What are people seeing on what Skippy is doing is wrong?
That first touch is so dangerous. I'd have melted no matter how strong my resolve was, especially when feeling both vulnerable and his soft breath down my neck. Skippy has become so strong. I just wish it were for the right reasons, not because he's conflicted as a result of his religion's tonterías.
The only similarity I can find between them is that Ian also joined the army to get over Mickey I'll say Tim and Hawk are more like Ennis and Jack from Brokeback Mountain?
They were both real, his love for God and Hawk. But Tim didn't feel that he belonged in either world. He certainly struggled early in life to find peace. He said the "one was real and one was a fantasy" to hurt Hawk. And it did, if you watch Hawk, he backs away from Tim and catches his breath. The one thing Hawk always knew in his heart was that they loved each other. Then Hawk shelters under the line "well my family are my truth now". Which was his effort to hurt Tim back. These two broke each other's hearts!! So much left unresolved between them in this episode.
@@sherrimast8525 I agree, but I don't think Tim said that to hurt Hawk, I think he did it to make Hawk stop tempting him because by saying this Tim gets Hawk to be the one who stops this temptation so he(Tim) doesn't have to, since that would be harder. And it's true that both his love for God and hawk were real and after watching Tim's speech in the last chapter you can see the development of Tim's character. Here he says that one love was real and the other was a fantasy but in the last episode he says "I've spent most of my life waiting for God to love me, and then I realized the only thing that matters is that I love God. It's the same with you".
Skippy telling Hawk to stop while also leaning into Hawk's kisses down his neck is so....relatable 😩
The want and need between these two

Hawk and Tim still love each other
They want each other but the circumstances just are never on their side!
Gawd I will be a mess by the end 😩😩
We all are going to be a total mess
They are like Ian and Mickey from Shamless but more dramatic! I'm loving itt
You know that you are in trouble when God and your lover are competing for your attention
I bet you are white
No....neither of these two are anywhere near close to them.
Micky was boy next door they grew up together that Edwards and Hawkins. A little Ben and Tim first love.
The only similarity I can find between them is that Ian also joined the army to get over Mickey

Remarkable acting and directing. They only had three days to film the entire cabin and country house scenes.
Which is real and which is the fantasy?!
real was on God . Fantasy was on Hawk
Skippy was tormented by the fact that everything that he knew to be real was false
I thought the same thing. He left it ambiguos on purpouse
